General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of February 20-24 tease that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will pay the price for keeping Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) paternity mystery under wraps. Once Portia gets backed into a corner, she’ll have to explain her deception and face the music.
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will console Trina as she deals with the life-changing revelation that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) could be her biological father.
Trina will no doubt be furious with Portia for lying all these years – and we’ll also see a livid Curtis, who’ll open up to Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) in the aftermath of the blowup.
Later, Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) will speak with Portia privately and perhaps try to see her point of view.
Despite Taggert’s own pain and anger, he may understand that Portia was trying to protect his relationship with Trina.
Next, let’s talk about Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and Heather Webber (Alley Mills) going on the run.
Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will be along for the ride, but look for her to go into labor at the worst possible time!
In addition to Esme’s baby crisis, there’ll be some other shockers happening.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will connect some dots and confirm a stunning theory.
Will Alexis realize Heather is both Esme’s mother and “The Hook” killer? Whatever the case, Alexis will have some huge news for the cops as well as Spencer and Trina.
Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will rush to prevent a crime, but they may be too late.
There’ll be threats coming from multiple angles since Ryan and Heather will both be stirring up violent trouble.
Heather will make a startling move that’ll inevitably put several Port Charles residents in grave danger.
Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will end up caring for a friend who gets injured in the mayhem that’s brewing.
Meanwhile, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will hear someone make a jaw-dropping confession.
That could be Ryan if he admits Esme is his daughter during a faceoff.
Then again, Heather might throw off Ryan’s plans if she goes after Ava and admits she’s “The Hook.”
Regardless, GH spoilers promise a major showdown that could have a fatal outcome.
We also know gunfire will erupt on Spoon Island, so someone could take a bullet in the midst of all this.
Elsewhere, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will beg Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) for help, so she may be adamant about confessing everything she knows to the police ASAP.
Scott will visit Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and potentially try to strike a deal for Elizabeth first.
Mac will pass along some grim updates eventually – and afterward, Spencer will lean on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) for comfort.
Nikolas Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) body might be found due to all the chaos that’s set to play out on Spoon Island.
Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will prove she’s got guts as she lands in a situation where she can help achieve justice.
It looks like Sasha will get caught in the fugitive mess, but she could play a crucial role in catching one or more of the perps.
At some point, Jordan and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will carry out an interrogation.
That means at least one of the criminals involved will be apprehended and will face a grilling session about all the terror they’ve caused.
Other GH spoilers say Sonny will reach out to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) for assistance.
Since Brook Lynn cares about both Sonny and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), Sonny may think she’s the perfect person to help them call a truce.
Of course, Sonny won’t realize Michael is plotting his takedown with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) may grow tired of Dex leaving her in the dark and push for details on what he’s hiding soon.
Dex will tell at least half of the story and put his fate in Josslyn’s hands.
Although Dex may not reveal exactly how they’re going to sink Sonny, he may admit Michael hired him.
Then again, Dex might conceal his real boss’ identity to protect Michael, but Joss should at least find out he’s plotting against Sonny.
That’ll leave Josslyn with mixed feelings since she’ll be relieved Dex isn’t really on Sonny’s team and terrified of what’ll happen once Sonny finds out the truth.
Finally, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will fire a warning shot to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
If Drew’s going to be on Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) side, then Nina will want him to know she considers him an enemy, too.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina will be ready to rumble, so that could be a big problem for Drew and Carly due to their insider trading secret.
