General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, August 9, indicates that Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will join Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) at The Invader, where she’ll react to some news that really leaves her livid.
Alexis will seem quite outraged over something on her computer, so there may be some gossip that spreads about Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) or another hot topic in Port Charles.
It may be a situation where Alexis can’t control the narrative the way she wants, but Gregory will be there to calm her down regardless.
Next on Wednesday’s GH episode, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will drop by Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) hospital room and try to shut down his son’s ideas about leaving town.
Curtis belongs in Port Charles around his family and friends, especially since he’s about to start rehabilitation treatment.
Although Curtis may act like it’s futile when he’ll never walk again, Marshall will push him to do what the doctors say anyway.
Meanwhile, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will have some amazing updates for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), who’ll apparently be delighted when her daughter decides to move back in the house.
Over with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), she’ll reconnect with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and will seem touched over her concern.
Carly will offer something to Olivia, so that might tie in with runaway “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and some assistance when it comes to finding him.
Olivia will feel awful about the way she’s ripped into Carly lately, but Carly won’t hold it against her and will think their friendship is stronger than any hurdles they might face.
It looks like Nina may come along and interrupt, so Olivia may have to confess to Carly that she’s planning Nina and Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) wedding.
Later, Sonny will quiz Nina about the reason she sought someone out, so Nina may have to fill him in on her chat with Olivia and any additional tension she faced with Carly.
At the PCPD, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will want to pitch in on a case, so she’ll speak with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) seemingly being targeted and what they can do about that.
Dante will admit they’re struggling to make a breakthrough, but Anna will meet back up with him soon to discuss the new Pikeman details she received from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
General Hospital spoilers say Anna will try to get to the bottom of this mystery, but more unpleasant surprises are in store – including a fire that’ll happen later this week.
