The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, March 21, reveals that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) gushed over Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) new design, which Petra (Alexis Gaube) modeled at Forrester Creations.
Petra also asked Thomas if he wanted to grab a drink with her later, but Thomas insisted he’d probably be working late and suggested a raincheck.
Afterward, Thomas told Steffy that he was just focused on being the best designer, brother and person that he could be.
There was talk about Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) since it’d seemingly been so long since he’d been back in Los Angeles.
Thomas realized that Steffy was truly worried about Ridge and how he’d been keeping his distance.
Once Hope arrived, she got updates on Thomas’ new designs and bounced ideas around with him.
Steffy watched the interaction suspiciously and flashed back to when she learned Hope thought Thomas was hot.
After Thomas left the room, Steffy admitted she expected Hope to be a little more reserved about diving back into this partnership.
Hope said she was surprised by how easy it was to fall back into step with Thomas, so Steffy hoped she just meant in the professional sense.
That left Hope confused by how else she’d mean it, so Steffy confessed that she was wondering how this was going to work out.
Once Steffy mentioned Thomas’ feelings for Hope and Hope’s feelings for him as well, Hope asked what Steffy was insinuating.
Next on Tuesday’s B&B episode, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) complained since he was doing all the work while Ridge just watched TV like it was some twisted reality show.
Although Bill wanted to do something drastic and hurry things along, the FBI agent warned him to stick to the plan.
This was supposed to be a slam dunk, but Bill was frustrated over having to stand there like a mummy while Sheila defended their relationship.
Bill wondered how long he had to keep playing the part of a broken man who finally found love in the arms of Sheila Carter.
Ridge argued that Bill had to do it for as long as it took to score a confession and put Sheila away for the rest of her life.
Bill ended up banging the wall in frustration since this was taking too long.
The FBI monitored Sheila’s next call to Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), who pushed her to come over to his place to discuss important news.
That gave Deacon a chance to talk about the risks he was taking right along with Sheila.
Deacon insisted he couldn’t lose Hope over his connection to Sheila, so Sheila said they’d have to be more careful.
However, Deacon corrected Sheila on that and felt they couldn’t see each other anymore period.
Although Deacon said this had to end, Sheila urged him not to lie to himself.
After Sheila suggested Deacon couldn’t really stop seeing her, he admitted that he couldn’t.
