The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will struggle to figure out her feelings now that she’s got all these Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) fantasies swirling around in her head.
There was a time when Hope never would’ve imagined Thomas in a romantic context, but things have obviously changed.
Hope doesn’t want to think about cheating with Thomas, but he’s popping up in her brain anyway and inching her closer to genuine temptation.
Of course, Hope will continue to bond with Thomas as they work, so she’ll grow closer to him despite Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) protests.
All this has to be building somewhere, so could it lead to Hope kissing Thomas for real?
Thomas claims his obsession is behind him, but he still thinks Hope is gorgeous and appreciates her kind heart.
Since Thomas has always loved Hope inside and out, he should be tempted too if Hope is leaning in and ready for a lip lock.
It’s possible Thomas will pull away before Hope has a chance to plant one on him – much like Hope pulled away the last time he tried it following the fashion preview.
On the other hand, Hope might catch Thomas by surprise and leave him swept up in what’s happening for a moment.
Thomas might let himself melt into the kiss and enjoy it before coming to his senses about the situation.
After all, Thomas will surely know this can’t be good for his recovery.
This is the kind of thing that could trigger Thomas’ fixation again – and even if it doesn’t, people are going to assume he manipulated Hope into making this move.
That’s why Thomas might reject Hope and point out that there’s too much at stake to go down this road.
Thomas won’t want to risk Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) throwing him off Hope for the Future, which could certainly happen.
The line is too important to sacrifice, so Thomas may suggest they should just forget this potential kiss ever happened.
Perhaps Thomas will remind Hope that she’s committed to Liam and doesn’t want to betray their marriage.
Things could get messy for Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) if they go down this road anyway, so Thomas may think it’s for the best if they just stay friends and colleagues.
That could lead to Hope feeling embarrassed and worried about keeping a new secret with Thomas.
Hope and Thomas might also have to worry about surrendering to temptation again, so there’d be some interesting places to go with this B&B story.
