The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will wrestle with some heartbreak since Eric Forrester (John McCook) is facing a terminal diagnosis. Steffy has a strong bond with her granddad, so the thought of losing him is putting her in an emotional tailspin.
Of course, Steffy is only going to get more distraught as Eric declines. The closer Eric gets to his expiration date, the harder it’ll be for Steffy to cope.
During the week of November 27-December 1, B&B spoilers say John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will do his best to comfort Steffy and will even decide to check out Eric’s case.
However, Steffy may not want to get her hopes up too high out of fear that they’ll plummet all over again.
Once Eric has a health scare at the office, the reality of all this will hit Steffy even harder.
December will also bring a swanky Forrester gala, which Eric will throw in honor of his grand finale collection and long career at the company.
Sadly, the real reason for this party will be to give Eric a chance to say goodbye to all the people he cares about.
Steffy will understand that, so this gala will add to her sorrow as Eric’s grim fate draws near.
What happens if Steffy tries to numb her pain with alcohol at some point?
Could Steffy throw back some booze while Finn’s at work or at a conference and try to make herself forget her pain for a while?
Naturally, that might be the perfect soapy moment for Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to come over and take his turn to console Steffy.
Liam and Steffy have gotten themselves into trouble through tequila and a close night of bonding before, so could there be a repeat of that?
Will Steffy have a drunken hookup with Liam or at least a make-out session that Finn could walk in on?
Terrible things can happen on soaps when alcohol is involved, so it’s possible it could fuel Steffy’s betrayal of Finn.
Maybe Finn could come home earlier than planned and get an eyeful as a result!
