Tonight’s episode begins with Robin Thicke opening the show and singing “I’m Living In New York City,” to open New York night on The Masked Singer. Fellow panelists Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy and Nicole Scherzinger join him with host Nick Cannon.

Medusa is back to defend her title to two new contenders. She is still recovering from the shock of last week, she has one two titles in a row and knows there is a huge target on her back. She gives some more clues, she grew up singing with her dad, and she shows a Scottish terrier. She is singing, “New York, New York,” by Frank Sinatra.

Luann de Lesseps from Real Housewives of New York is on stage to bring a clue, it is a bridge with lights on it and Medusa says sometimes you have to build a bridge to get over it. Hopefully it will put you in the right state of mind. It looks like the Brooklyn bridge.

Nicole thinks it is Lorde because of her tone. But the dog, maybe Florence Welsh. Ken thinks it is Susan Boyle. Robin is going for Kesha.

The next and new competitor is Polar Bear and he is so excited to drop some NY flavour. He is from the city of dreams and says his neighbourhood got a bad rap. He shows a scratch loot ticket. He had a huge interest in electronics when he was growing up and we see him boxing, and a message in a bottle. He is singing, “Rapture,” by Blondie.

Theresa Caputo, the Long Island medium comes on stage with a clue. She says she sees the Polar Bear at a podium giving a speech at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Robin thinks he is DJ Jazzy Jeff. Ken is going for Diddy. Jenny is going with Flavor Flav.

The last contestant of the night is the California roll and there are a lot of legs, there are five people. The clues, already been on Broadway, a degree from an Ivy League school, DJ-ing, rubbing shoulders with Dolly Parton and Snoop Dog. They are singing, “Paparazzi,” by Lady Gaga. A rat with a slice of pizza comes on staton on the back of the pizza it says “5 Billion.” Jenny thinks it could be Pentatonix. Nicole thinks it is Pitch Perfect. Ken is going with the cast of High School Musical.

Time to vote, the Masked Singer heading home is the Polar Bear. Jenny is going with Flavor Flav. Robin is going for LL Cool J. Nicole feels strong about this, she thinks it is Grandmaster Flash. Ken is going for P. Diddy.

Time for the Polar beat to take his mask off, he is Grandmaster Flash.

Time for the Battle Royale, they are singing, “Uptown Girl,” by Billy Joel. Everyone votes and the California roll beats out Medusa, she is going to be unmasked.

Final guesses, Ken is still going for Susan Boyle. Jenny for Halsey, Robin for Kesha and Nicole for Lorde.

Time for Medusa to unmask, she is – well we won’t find out. The panel rings Ding Dong Keep It On, Medusa lives to see another day. For the first time ever, the panel was able to save someone on the show.
