The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) is on the path to redemption, but she’s got more work to do! Although Claire relented at the lake house and handed out antidote bottles, that wasn’t enough to offset all the damage.
Claire can’t undo her mistakes, so she doesn’t think Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) could ever forgive her.
At this point, Claire is just focused on moving on and putting the past behind her.
Of course, The Young and the Restless spoilers say things could start to shift, especially once the DNA results are revealed.
It’s clear that Cole and Victoria have compassion for Claire since she grew up with such a monstrous fill-in mother.
Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) basically programmed Claire to hate the Newmans and help with her mission to take them down.
Even though Jordan was the guilty party for stealing Claire as a baby, she let Claire think her parents cast her aside.
Once the lab presumably confirms Victoria and Cole are Claire’s bio parents, that’ll create a permanent tie for all three of them.
It could ultimately make Claire even more determined to redeem herself, but that plan could also put her in grave danger.
What happens if Jordan reaches out to Claire once she’s out on bail? Jordan might expect Claire to fall in line and become her ally once more.
Since Jordan is still eager to inflict fatal punishment on the Newmans, Claire might realize that and try to stand in her way.
It could lead to Jordan using one of the lethal objects in her terrifying goody bag against Claire!
Y&R fans can tell Jordan has no moral code and seems to view Claire as a tool rather than a beloved niece.
Claire is just someone Jordan could train and use to make the Newmans suffer – not someone she genuinely cares for.
It doesn’t seem like Jordan is capable of real love, so she could absolutely turn on Claire for being disloyal.
It’s easy to imagine Claire trying to call the cops or throw out the new poison vials, but Jordan could make her pay a steep price.
Once Jordan begins to view Claire as another self-righteous Newman, she may add her to the fatal takedown list. It could lead to Claire landing in the hospital as she fights to survive!
Will Victoria and Cole worry they’re going to lose the daughter they just got back? Will there be a scary situation where it seems like Claire might not make it?
That’d be a great way to quickly pull Cole and Victoria closer to their biological child, so stay tuned for updates on any horrifying news that might be brewing for Claire.
