The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, February 23, tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will stay true to his word. It’ll be time for Victor to revisit a promise that he made, so he’ll work a little Newman magic and keep his vow.
This could tie in with Victor’s promise about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) always having a place in the family and company.
Despite Adam’s attempt to secure Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) position, Victor may stick to his goal of locking in McCall Unlimited for Adam to run.
Of course, that’ll be easier said than done now that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) has bought up Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) debt, but Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) might find out Ashley’s the buyer and spark a new strategy.
After all, Victor has a history with Ashley and shares a forever bond with her through Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway).
Victor might be able to negotiate with Ashley at some point, so we’ll see how it all goes down.
In the meantime, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will be desperate for Summer Newman-Abbott’s (Allison Lanier) forgiveness.
It sounds like Kyle will deliver another heartfelt plea and maybe even a grand gesture.
Summer warned there wouldn’t be an easy fix and pushed for patience, but Kyle will think he can move things along anyway.
Although Kyle will know this is a big request, he’ll truly hope Summer can put his betrayal in the rearview mirror.
Other Y&R spoilers say Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will catch Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) off guard with a new proposition.
There’ll be a conversation about Adam leaving Jabot, which leaves Jack without a co-CEO by his side.
Once Billy makes a joke about filling the spot, it’ll lead to an actual job offer from Jack.
If Billy seriously wants to rejoin the Abbott family business, Jack will be willing to hire him in the co-CEO seat.
Billy will get updates on his chance at a Jabot power grab, so it looks like he’ll take full advantage of that chance soon enough!
