The Young and the Restless Update: Monday, March 6 – Summer Calls Sally Selfish & Chaotic – Diane & Jack Engaged

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, March 6, teases that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will hear how Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) picked her up off the street. Jeremy will credit himself with saving Phyllis since she passed out in the middle of traffic as cars swerved by.

Although Jeremy will mention there might be security footage of the incident, Phyllis won’t consider that a real threat.

It’s clear that Phyllis doesn’t have much of a reputation to damage at this point!

Once Jeremy reveals his payback plot off camera, Phyllis will insist she can’t help him or else she could lose everything.

Jeremy won’t think Phyllis has anything left to lose and will push her to join him in giving Diane what she deserves.

In The Grand Phoenix lobby, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will ask Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) about Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), so Kyle will mention his dad is on a romantic getaway with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).

Although Kyle will still have some reservations about Diane and Jack getting back together, Billy will try to be optimistic about their chances of making it work.

When Bill spots Phyllis soon after, he’ll express that same optimism to her as well.

Phyllis will seethe when she gets updates on Jack’s trip with Diane and how they may have a real future.

That’ll be enough to convince Phyllis to go all in on Jeremy’s scheme, so she’ll head back up to his suite and sign up.

At the cabin, Diane will feel like Jack just got caught up in everything they’re feeling, but he’ll stand by his marriage proposal and will leave to get an engagement ring.

After Diane wrestles with both positive and negative memories of her relationship with Jack, she’ll get a text from Jeremy that says she can’t hide forever.

Diane will refuse to keep bringing so much chaos to Jack and his family, so she’ll initially turn down his ring when he returns.

However, Jack’s heartfelt speech will convince Diane they’re meant to be, so she’ll agree to become his wife and will kiss him passionately.

Other Y&R spoilers say Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will have a one-on-one conversation with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) at Society.

It’ll lead to Nick admitting he thinks Adam will use this baby to insinuate himself back into Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) life.

As an example, Nick will point to Adam asking to be part of all Sally’s doctor appointments and ultrasounds – though Adam will insist he said some, not all.

Although Adam will feel like Nick’s trying to threaten him away from Sally, Nick will shut down that idea and suggest he’s trying to save Sally from stress.

It’ll be a case of putting Sally’s needs above Adam’s desires in Nick’s opinion.

Adam will surprise Nick by revealing his change of heart regarding Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), who might be the only Newman who really understands him.

Since Adam has grown a lot due to his split from Sally, Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) ordeal and other issues these past few months, he’ll want to try becoming a better man.

At the coffeehouse, Sally will stun Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) by admitting she’s pregnant with Adam’s child.

Summer will reel even further when Sally insists she’s not breaking up with Nick because of it.

Summer will accuse Sally of being selfish and will think it’s obvious that she’s using Nick as an Adam shield.

Once Summer considers the possibility that Sally’s afraid her feelings for Adam will return, she’ll continue to complain about the position this puts Nick in.

Summer will rant about all the chaos Sally brings to Nick’s life before storming off, so Sally’s attempt to break this news clearly won’t go well.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sally and Nick will continue to face romantic drama, so stay tuned to Y&R.
