The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of August 28-September 1 reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will force Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to obey orders, which could be easier said than done.
However, Adam could have a few tricks up his sleeve – some that even the great Victor Newman won’t see coming!
Although Victor will do his best to make Adam stay on the straight and narrow, Adam has proven that he likes to create a risky path for himself.
Adam wants to escape Victor’s tight grip and break SNA Media away from Newman Enterprises, so he may take secret steps toward a power play that could make that happen.
As for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), she’ll catch Adam off guard.
Adam is hoping to lock Sally in as a new employee at SNA Media, but she might make some demands that surprise him.
If Sally moves forward with joining the team, she’ll surely want to set some ground rules. Adam could be taken aback depending on what Sally pushes for.
Of course, it’s also possible Sally will bring up her conversation with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and offered updates about possibly having a child with him one day.
That revelation would certainly throw Adam for a loop and hit him hard.
Nick and Sally aren’t planning on having a baby together anytime soon, but even a mention of the idea could pour salt in Adam’s wound right now.
Other Y&R spoilers say Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will face growing tension – mostly due to Victoria’s relentless pestering.
This could turn into a full-blown rivalry once Victoria pushes Ashley to her breaking point since it looks like that’s what she’s about to do.
The conflict between Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) could also become an issue in the coming episodes.
Lily is the new woman in Daniel Romalotti Jr.’s (Michael Graziadei) life, but Heather could eventually try to stir up old feelings and pull him back in her direction instead.
Across town, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will receive some unsettling news, so will this be related to her job at the hospital or something a bit more personal?
Elena might learn some shocker that could sink Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), especially since she once talked about potentially lighting the match that could burn him to the ground!
Although Elena tried to take the high road for a while, will she be able to pass up the chance at revenge if it lands in her lap?
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Elena may have to weigh her options carefully and choose the one that’ll bring the most satisfaction in the long run.
