Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will look forward to making Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) his wife, but trouble could be on the horizon. The DiMeras have always been a dangerous family to be associated with – and that’s especially true lately thanks to Clyde Weston (James Read).
Clyde has done some awful things to the DiMeras over the years – like causing Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) demise and having his goon fire at EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerreigel) once upon a time.
Now Clyde is threatening Gabi Hernandez DiMera (last played by Camila Banus) and had her injured behind bars to control Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash).
Of course, DOOL fans can’t forget that Clyde was originally going to use Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) as leverage to make EJ run his drug operation instead, so he’s been nothing but trouble for the DiMeras!
Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) had an overdose that was nearly fatal due to pills Clyde’s been pushing, so even EJ’s stepdaughter has been affected by Clyde and the drug crisis he’s unleashed on Salem.
Since Chad knows danger tends to follow the DiMera family, he’ll give Johnny a stern warning during the week of January 29-February 2.
Days spoilers say Johnny will excitedly ask Chad to be his best man, but Chad will make it clear that marrying Chanel is a terrible idea.
Chad will warn that if Johnny truly cares about Chanel, the best thing he can do is cut ties with her.
The last thing Johnny would ever want is for Chanel to end up like Abigail, so Chad will think his nephew needs to listen.
However, Johnny adores Chanel and may argue that he’s never been very involved in DiMera business.
Perhaps Johnny will contend that things are different for him, but Days viewers know he could pay a steep price if he’s wrong!
If Johnny expresses any concern to Chanel, she’ll probably downplay the danger and act like they’ve got this.
Chanel might feel like Johnny is getting cold feet and urge him not to let Chad get inside his head.
Whatever the case, Days spoilers point to Johnny and Chanel’s wedding moving forward as planned, so we have to consider whether Chad’s warning will lead to drama eventually.
Will Chad’s hint serve as a prediction for a life-threatening situation? Will Chanel face some sort of emergency hospital crisis once she becomes Mrs. DiMera?
