Days of Our Lives Spoilers Recap: Thursday, February 22 – Everett Collapses – Tate Turns On Brady & Theresa

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Thursday, February 22, reveals that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) visited Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann) at the halfway house, where he shut down his mom’s hug and complained about the food there.

Tate griped about other things as well, including all the therapy sessions and how they constantly asked him to talk about his feelings.

When the topic of Tate’s letters came up, he lashed out at Brady for sharing his own letter with Theresa.

Tate’s spirits lifted briefly when he heard about Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) coming off the ventilator since he hoped she’d wake up and tell the truth.

Theresa and Brady gently urged Tate to prepare for the possibility that Holly might not remember what happened or that she’d try to blame him.

Tate lost his temper since he felt he was being punished for his parents being addicts, but he maintained that he didn’t ruin his life with drugs like they did.

Brady and Theresa tried to get Tate to calm down, but he finally ordered them to leave since he didn’t have to allow visitors.

When Theresa and Brady tried to protest that they loved Tate, he said that was their problem and added that he hated them both.

As Tate stormed out, Brady and Theresa stood there looking dumbfounded.

Meanwhile, Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) awoke on Tripp Johnson’s (Lucas Adams) chest and realized she’d fallen asleep in his arms.

Tripp and Wendy recalled how dirty Officer Goldman (Christy St. John) duped them into thinking they were going to a safehouse, but then she pulled her weapon on them and took their phones.

Officer Goldman had forced Wendy and Tripp into an old tank, which they were unable to escape from.

Although Officer Goldman eventually returned with a bag of protein bars and water, she suggested Tripp and Wendy should ration their supplies.

Tripp and Wendy assumed Clyde Weston (James Read) was tangled up in all this and vowed to figure out a way out of the mess together.

After Wendy and Tripp thought back to the van ride to their current location, they determined that it might be near the airport.

Wendy also had concerns about the vents and the possibility that someone might close them, but Tripp suggested they were needed alive or else they’d already be deceased.

At the Salem PD on Thursday’s Days episode, Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) told Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) that Tripp and Wendy were missing.

Rafe learned all the details about Tripp not showing up for his shift and called to confirm that Wendy didn’t show up for work either.

After Ava blamed Clyde for the kidnappings, Rafe pushed her to level with him about why she believed that.

Ava admitted her deal with Harris Michaels (Steve Burton), but she acted like she was serving as an informant to help him bring Clyde down.

Ava didn’t come clean about her drug operation involvement, but she did argue that her deal with Harris backfired. Rafe eventually ordered Office Goldman to help with Ava’s missing persons report and get a description.

At the pub on Thursday’s DOOL show, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) admitted he couldn’t sleep last night, so he did some digging with the help Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) find out the truth about Everett Lynch (Blake Berris) aka Robert “Bobby” Stein.

Steve mentioned a John Doe being brought in a Seattle hospital at the same time Everett claimed to have suffered an accident.

Based on the length of this John Doe’s stay, that lined up with Everett’s version of events, too.

However, Steve had a printed copy of Bobby’s driver’s license along with a birth certificate that showed no signs of a twin.

Stephanie realized Bobby was indeed Everett, which made her the woman he cheated on Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) with.

In Everett’s suite on Thursday’s Days episode, he left Stephanie another frantic voicemail.

After hanging up, Everett tried to make sense of why Jada thought he was her ex-husband and why he couldn’t remember what happened right before the accident.

Jada showed up and barged in with a box that included their wedding certificate along with a wedding day photo. Although Jada pushed Everett to just own up to everything he’d done, he became increasingly agitated since he couldn’t recall any of it.

Jada ultimately took Everett’s fingerprints and proved he was Bobby, so Stephanie got updates on that news when she arrived.

After Jada urged Stephanie to run and not let Everett break her heart, she vowed to keep digging and expose Bobby’s story – perhaps in some rival newspaper.

Once Stephanie was alone with Everett, she flew into a rage over him acting like they were building a life together when she was really just his mistress.

None of it was real according to Stephanie, but Everett disagreed since every moment was real to him.

Stephanie wondered if Everett was some sort of sociopath, but he maintained that he couldn’t remember his marriage to Jada and then began to feel ill.

Everett collapsed on Thursday’s Days episode, so Stephanie tended to him and briefly wondered if he faked passing out.

However, Everett was legitimately pale and clammy, so Stephanie decided they’d better get him to the hospital.

Back with Jada, she found Rafe at the Salem PD and told him abut confirming Everett was Bobby through his fingerprints. Jada got some comfort from Rafe before shifting gears and preparing to help with the Tripp and Wendy case.

Ava also summoned Steve to the station, where she privately came clean to him about Clyde blackmailing her into the drug business.

Although Ava had done everything she could to protect Tripp, Clyde had obviously gone after their son as well as Wendy.

Ava begged Steve to save their boy, but he seemed offended over her thinking she’d have to plead for that.

Steve insisted he’d track Tripp and Wendy down, but he warned that Ava would make a full confession to the cops after he did.
