The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, February 23, reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will fly into a frenzy when she finds out the details of Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) latest plan, which could put Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) back in Jordan’s (Colleen Zenk) vengeful path.
Victoria already wasn’t happy when Victor asked Claire to deliver a message for him if Jordan called back.
However, Victoria will freak out on another level once Victor explains that he’s arranging Claire’s early release as part of his Jordan trap.
When Victoria finds out Victor plans to pull some strings and get Claire remanded into her custody, she’ll be terrified for her daughter.
There’ll be concerns about Claire getting tangled up in more Jordan danger, but Victor may promise Victoria that they’ll have extra security.
Even so, Victoria will panic over the threat Jordan poses and the potential for Claire to go backwards in her recovery.
It’ll be hard for Victor to convince Victoria that the benefits outweigh the risks here.
Of course, it’s usually Victor’s way or the highway in the Newman family, so Victoria may be forced to cave in.
Victor will assure Victoria that he’s just trying to draw Jordan out of hiding and that Claire will never be in any real peril.
Perhaps Victor will also point out that this will allow Victoria to bring Claire under her roof and take the next step in making her feel like part of the family.
Victoria may fear that it’s too soon, but she could still like the blissful family picture Victor paints.
As for Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), he’ll pop up in Friday’s episode to handle complex task for Victor.
It sounds like Michael will have to do a little legal maneuvering to make sure Claire’s early release plan ends in good news.
Other Y&R spoilers say Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will change her mind about something, so that may involve Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) and the new strategy she’s using.
It looks like Ashley will continue to behave erratically and worry Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) after their upcoming conversation.
