BTG fans have seen Bill struggle with some health issues concerning his heart in recent weeks.
It all started shortly after his daughter Naomi decided to take on the harassment case against his law firm; however, even though this suit was settled, Bill’s health issues have not slowed down one bit.
In fact, during the Thursday, April 24 episode, as Bill lifted Hayley Lawson-Hamilton (Marquita Goings) to take her upstairs to hit the sheets, the camera panned in on his hand, shaking, which is worrisome to say the least.
Will something – or some sort of news – trigger a medical emergency for Bill on Friday’s show?
He recently fired Mike Davis (Pierce Lackey), and the sketchy lawyer promised some repercussions for letting him go.
Will Mike launch a lawsuit of his own against Bill and his firm?
Meanwhile, Naomi will ride in for the save, in someone’s world.
Beyond the Gate spoilers indicate that an argumentative homeless woman will need help, and Naomi will try to do all she can to assist the woman.
Still, could Naomi find herself in a sticky situation, or could she land in danger trying to do the right thing?
The good news is that her husband, Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges), will be watching on. He is a police officer, after all, so if anything happens, he’ll jump in and intervene.
Lastly, Doug will have an epiphany of sorts. During the April 24 episode, he finally realized how dire his gambling addiction is.
Perhaps the bedroom session with his wife, Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli), knocked some sense into him!
Regardless, as Thursday’s show came to a close, Doug reached out to someone unknown and organized a meeting.
Who was he talking to, and can this person help him beat this gambling addiction?
Fans will likely get an insight into who he reached out to, so here’s hoping its a step in the right direction for Doug.
Still, considering the meeting Vanessa had with Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) on Thursday’s show, it looks like Doug’s marriage could be in shambles.
Vanessa sort of admitted she wasn’t “in love” with Doug anymore, and fans can tell she has started to develop real feelings for Joey.
The casino owner is turning up the charm (and manipulation) to ensure Vanessa only continues to fall harder for him.
When the new CBS soap first began, fans quickly found out he was targeting Doug for a plan; it turns out, the real target was Vanessa and her real estate firm, where Joey could launder money through.
