In tonight’s Big Brother episode, Vince’s decision wasn’t controversial. Only it still managed to upset a few. The house believed he nominated Ashley because of the shower incident. It didn’t matter what he said and he literally it had nothing to do with the shower. It wAsas more about trust.
She doesn’t trust him. He wasn’t sure he could work with her if there was no trust. She was also an easy choice for eviction. The house nominated her essentially. The majority told Vince to nominate her. He had to nominate two others and so he chose Zae and Amy. Zae was still believed to be the accomplice. Amy on the other hand was different.
Amy spoke up for Ashley. She tried to get Vince to not nominate Ashley. Especially not over a shower. It made Vince realize she was going to be an enemy if Ashley went on the block and that helped him out in the long run because he needed to nominate three people. It’s not his fault she made herself an easy target.
Not that she needed to worry. Amy was the one with friends. She was a friendly person. She was well-liked. It might save her or it might not. She has the chance to save herself from the block when they compete for it.
Funnily enough, it was Amy that was the real accomplice all along. She’s to blame for the seventeenth houseguest. She’s done really well not to have anyone suspect her. The others would turn on her in an instant if they learned the truth and it’s a good thing she’s kept in under the wraps. She just has to keep playing the friendly mom.
It might be enough to keep her safe. Ashley’s chances were significantly lower than Amy’s. She didn’t just create an issue because of that shower. She showed an overall disrespect.
She was rude to Vince over it. Taking an hour shower in his private shower before he could use it was rude. She was even rude to Kat for questioning her about it. Kat didn’t insult her.
She asked if Vince had the chance to use the shower first and Ashley confirmed he hadn’t. She did this night one. She led people to talking about her when the goal is to keep your head down for as long as possible. They were all playing a game and she seems to have forgotten that. And that’s why the power of Veto was so important.
The houseguests got to compete for Veto tonight. Ashley should be focusing on that if not befriending the house. She instead went on a rant to Vince. She was in tears because they had an agreement.
Vince promised not to nominate her. He tried to tell her that her paranoia worked against her. When that didn’t work, he lied by saying he’d use Veto to save her if he won it. Ashley knew better than to trust him by that point. She knew he was still lying to her and she will never trust him again.
There was no point in talking to him or letting him see her tears. It’s wasted on him. She should have saved it for the others or cried privately. Amy showed everyone her tears.
They all rushed in to comfort her. Amy was building alliances and Ashley’s conversation with Vince just convinced him even more that he was right about her. They couldn’t work together. She would target him the first chance she could. Zae surprised Vince by playing the game differently. He wasn’t upset about his nomination. He instead talked Vince into confirming that Ashley was the target this week.
Zae did that by befriending Vince after the nomination. He talked to him. He told him that they could still work together to oust Ashley. They also needed to make sure that she couldn’t win Veto.
Vince was also building alliances with others. He formed an alliance with Rachel, Jimmy, Zach, Rylie, and Morgan. They called themselves “the Heavy Hitters”. They loved it because the name went hard. It showed they were there to play and if they willing to betray each other in an second – that was a problem for later.
Cracks already started to show because this Veto thing was hard. Rachel and Zach were picked to play along with the nominees and Vince. Rachel would save Amy. Zach would do the same for Zae.
Vince just wanted the nominations to stay the same and his own alliances couldn’t promise that. There was also the issue of showmances. Neither Zach nor Lauren wanted one and still they were attracted to each other. They were quickly becoming friends. Keanu also seemed to have a thing for Ava. He was wherever she was. It wasn’t just one incident either and Ava soon wanted space from him because of all the times he was there close to her.
The later Veto competition turned out to be another mystery for them to solve. It turned into CSI: Sumer Camp Edition. The winner proved to be Ashley. Ashley was the big target. Her being safe was the worst case scenario for the other two nominees. They now have to win BB Blockbuster or risk going home. Vince also had to find a third nominee. He was final two with Kelley. Kelley offered to replace Ashley. Vince was the one that hesitated because he wasn’t sure if he wanted to risk her. He about to her nominate her when Jimmy tried to manipulate Vince.
Jimmy wanted a bro to go home. He wanted to nominate Keanu because Zae was already on the block. It would better his chances of a fitness bro going home. He then went around telling everyone that Vince told him he was going to nominate Keanu. He told Rachel who told Keanu and Keanu didn’t freak out because he knew it was likely this was a game of telephone. He chose to go to the source. He spoke with Vince. Vince said openly that he doesn’t have a problem with Keanu. Nor did he ever throw his name out there.
It was Jimmy who wanted to nominate Keanu. Jimmy who was telling people that Vince was going to nominate Keanu. Jimmy who thinks Vince’s HOH was his own HOH. Vince was tempted to nominate Jimmy just to stop this guy from gaining power in the house and he hesitated there as well. He was worried about the chance it could backfire. They were also in the same alliance. Anyways, Vince told Keanu that he didn’t throw his name out there. It was Jimmy who did. Keanu then tried to get Jimmy to admit it and Jimmy was fake to his face. It made Keanu now want to target him.
Keanu made the mistake of telling Ava that Jimmy was a snake. His crush worked against him here because Ava then ran to Jimmy to tell him everything. Ava was fine with these two working against each other. It kept her safe. Her plan worked because now Jimmy and Keanu were in open warfare. They each wanted the other out. After Ashley used her Veto to save herself, Jimmy used the adjourned house meeting to tell Keanu that he wasn’t fake in the slightest. And that’s when the secret warfare became an open warfare.
And it was all for nothing because Kelley went on the block as the pawn for Vince.
THE END!
