General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Lulu Spencer (Alexis Havins Bruening) got her wish, and now she has to deal with the fallout.
She’s been itching to tell Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about the long-lost son he had and didn’t know about for a while now; however, now that the proverbial poop has hit the fan, Lulu is going to have to deal with the repercussions of her actions.
In early March, Lulu broke into her Uncle Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) hotel room at the Metro Court, searching for more information on where her daughter, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), could be.
Instead of getting intel on that, she was completely floored to find out about Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase’s (Amanda Setton) teenage pregnancy and subsequent adoption. She also learned that Dante was the baby’s father.
Lulu literally made it her job to get to the bottom of things.
From fooling Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) into spilling secret information to fights with Brook Lynn and eventually seeing that Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) may be the baby boy in question.
Then Lulu dug into his adoptive mom’s past as well as Brook Lynn’s delivery
Lulu was relentless in her pursuit of getting to the bottom of things.
She also desperately tried to get someone to encourage her to tell Dante, but when she turned to both Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) who both warned Lulu to stop.
She eventually found a co-ally in Cody, but it looks like he’s already starting to regret his role in all this.
While she didn’t want things to go down the way they did, the aftermath and heartache of Gio’s life being flipped upside down were inevitable.
With that said, it wasn’t Lulu’s fault with how Gio found out, but had she taken a day off from this scheme for Nurses Ball, things would not have unfolded how they did.
GH spoilers for Thursday, May 29, reveal that Dante and Lulu are slated to have a confrontation.
It looks like Dante will find out Lulu’s role in all this and won’t be overly pleased.
Dante is upset as it is that Brook Lynn kept all this from him.
He stormed out into the foyer during the Friday, May 23 episode and angrily confronted Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero), and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), asking them if they knew about Gio being his son.
They all honestly didn’t, but once he realizes that Lulu did, and didn’t tell him, fans can bet any chance of a romantic reunion between the two will be off.
Fans of the super couple have seen the two slowly but surely get closer.
Both admitted they had feelings for each other; however, Dante asked Lulu for some time as he was still mourning the loss of Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).
That seemed fair considering the circumstances, Lulu was more than willing to give Dante his space – especially in light of the fact that he told her he still loved her.
Still, will the progress these two have made be smashed to pieces when Dante finds out the lengths Lulu went to expose Brook Lynn’s secret?
Not to mention the fact that she never brought Dante into the loop at any point.
Dante may feel like, despite being in a coma for four years, it’s the same old same old with Lulu’s childish antics and her beef with Brook Lynn.
General Hospital spoilers indicate that Dante and Lulu’s Thursday face-off will be explosive, as the aftermath of the Gio secret continues to rock Port Charles.
Still, will these two be able to move on from this, or is it the end of the road for Dante and Lulu (for the time being)?
