General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, March 13, reveals that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will meet Marco (Adrian Anchondo) while Drew Quartermaine’s (Cameron Mathison) proposal raises suspicions. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will also get some romantic advice, so here’s what viewers can expect.
First, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) will approve of Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) idea, which should involve a way to get their romantic plans back on track after all the bumps in the road.
Over with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), she’ll quiz Carly about what went wrong with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).
Carly will point to Brennan’s commitment issues as their downfall, but Maxie will wonder what exactly she expects of him.
Although Maxie may have lingering concerns about Brennan’s shady side, she might see that Carly truly wants a future with him.
Maxie might urge Carly to follow her heart, so perhaps Carly will ultimately give Brennan a chance to prove himself.
Brennan might have another opportunity to convince Carly that his feelings for her are more than casual.
During their flight back to Port Charles, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will have a conversation about Brennan as well.
Although Anna won’t think Brennan has a hidden agenda regarding Carly, Jason may disagree.
Jason’s instincts are telling him not to trust Brennan, so he’ll want to protect Carly from any trouble on the horizon.
Since Brennan is keeping some huge secrets related to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Jason is right to be wary!
Carly could be headed for major heartbreak if she resumes her romance with Brennan as expected.
In the meantime, Anna will remain fearful about the threat to Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) safety.
GH spoilers say Anna will deliver a special request to Brennan, so she may hope he can convince the WSB to back off.
Even if Brennan can put his own vengeful desires aside, he may not be able to stop the WSB from going after Valentin.
Since Valentin has a fatal target on his back, Anna will worry about the possibility of grim news and how it could affect Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).
At the hospital, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will push Sasha Gilmore Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) buttons with more accusations.
After Willow rants about Sasha’s history of cons and this baby being the best one, Sasha will definitely fire back.
Sasha has obviously made mistakes, including her one-night stand with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) that led to her current paternity lie.
That said, Sasha won’t stand there and let Willow act like some saint under the circumstances!
Next, Drew’s proposal for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will raise red flags for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).
Despite Drew’s predictions about getting Portia on board, Curtis will have questions.
After Drew updates Curtis on his plan for a press conference that Portia’s part of, Curtis may wonder why she’d help him improve his image.
Portia might act like she’s doing it for the sake of the new pediatric sports initiative, but Curtis may still sense something’s off.
Will Portia surrender to Drew’s latest blackmail demands and continue to hide her trail from Curtis?
Elsewhere, Lucas will meet a handsome and charming lawyer named Marco.
This new character will bring some fresh mysteries to unravel – especially since it looks like Marco has a link to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
