The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, February 11, reveals that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) wanted John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) forgiveness while Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) thought the threat was gone for good.
At the cliff house, Steffy could tell that Finn still had a lot on his mind, so she suggested they could discuss it tonight since they both had to get to work.
Finn agreed, but he privately wondered to himself how he’d tell Steffy that Luna was his daughter.
At Il Giardino, Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) got on the phone and tried to reach Finn at the hospital, but he wasn’t there yet.
Since Poppy looked tired and glum, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) assumed Luna’s criminal actions were the reason why.
Deacon was obviously upset over what happened to Tom Starr (Clint Howard) and Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers), but he knew that Poppy still loved Luna despite her behavior.
In hindsight, Deacon couldn’t help but feel like it would’ve made a difference if Luna had gotten to know her father before she went off the rails.
Since Deacon assumed Tom was the bio dad, he played up how his buddy had a heart of gold.
At the Spencer mansion, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) gave Luna updates on a phone call he’d received from the prison.
Luna found out Poppy and Finn had both visited her there, so she was taken aback that Finn even wanted to see her.
As Luna reflected on looking up to Finn when she was younger, she admitted they didn’t get to spend much time together since Li Finnegan’s (Naomi Matsuda) feud with Poppy got in the way.
Despite Luna’s desire to see Finn, Bill reminded her that nobody could know she was living under his roof.
Luna said Finn probably just wanted to make sure she wasn’t a threat anymore, so she expressed regret and wished he could see her with new eyes.
After some flashbacks of holding Steffy captive, Luna tearfully hoped Finn could forgive her one day.
At the hospital, Poppy arrived in Finn’s office and learned he hadn’t told Steffy the truth yet.
That led to Poppy pushing Finn to keep this paternity shocker buried, but he had to acknowledge his child and come clean to his wife.
Finn ranted about all the years and memories he could never get back, especially since he could’ve made a difference in Luna’s life.
Although Poppy defended her attempt to do what was best for everyone, Finn thought Poppy only did what was best for herself.
Once Finn explained that he couldn’t hit Steffy with this news on their anniversary, he stood by his decision to make a confession.
Since Steffy already had to deal with Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) being his birth mom, Finn worried about this Luna curveball and wondered how much more Steffy could take.
At the Forrester mansion, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) had a flirty conversation about their “permanent future” before Steffy showed up.
That gave Steffy a chance to talk about her anniversary with Finn and all the challenges they’d overcome as a couple.
Steffy wound up thinking back to when Luna held her hostage and was relieved that they’d never have to worry about her again.
After Steffy texted Finn to say she was thinking of him and that she loved him, Finn looked pensive when he received it.
Our B&B predictions point to Finn and Steffy’s marriage hanging by a thread down the road, so don’t miss what’s in store for these two.
