Beyond the Gates (BTG) spoilers suggest that Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) will dive into the plasma ring drama, while Tyrell Richardson-Smith (Jaden Lucas Miller) has a “first time” issue he feels the need to share.
As fans know, Tyrell did the deed with this gal pal, Jessica Harris (Camryn Jade), for the first time after the cotillion was done.
He seemed pretty confident about things in the aftermath of hitting the sheets, while talking to Jessica; however, maybe he was keeping his true feelings locked inside.
Regardless, Tyrell will turn to his ‘Pops’, Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon), to talk about what he did, and it looks like he’ll also have some questions.
Will Martin be supportive of what Tyrell says … or judgy? Likely the first, so it’ll be interesting to see this father-son talk unravel.
Over at the hospital, Beyond the Gates spoilers for Wednesday, May 27, reveal that Shanice Johnson (Ernestine Johnson) will have an answer for Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson) about their romance and future.
She’s been feeling very off about their relationship, so will she decide it’s time to go their separate ways?
Then again, in light of Derek Baldwin’s (Ben Gavin) passing, will Shanice feel as if she wants zero regrets?
Shanice has been struggling with her friend’s demise, so she may throw caution to the wind. YOLO, right?
Shanice does truly care about Ted, so here’s hoping she sticks it out.
Speaking of Derek, Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) will continue to struggle with her ex-boyfriend’s passing.
With that said, Naomi Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) will also be by her side to provide comfort and support.
Elsewhere, Beyond the Gates spoilers for May 27 reveal Mona Wilson (Karan Kendrick) will catch up with Jan Morgan (Jerri Tubbs).
Still, this won’t be any old gossip session like they usually do. It sounds like Mona will give Jan an update on her health.

As fans know, the hospital’s chief of staff, Dr. Lia Whitmore (Cecelia Specht), was heavily involved, so the board wants to update their community on the action they are taking to fill Whitmore’s role and ensure nothing like this happens again.
Of course, Leslie will crash the event, inserting herself into a situation she doesn’t belong in! She’s always got to make things about herself!
