On tonight’s Big Brother episode, well, Haley’s HOH week was a dud. She aimed at either Drew or Melody and somehow missed both. She also blew up the Toolshed alliance so now that’s no longer a thing.
The house was divided and Taylor deserved the credit. She managed to talk Haley’s own alliance into ousting Lyric over Melody. Dee didn’t want to lose Drew because they were still aligned. She convinced both Devins and Angela of protecting him if he stayed on the block. Angela more or less went along because she enjoyed the chaos of a big move.
Go Big Or Go Home! It was Angela’s theme song this season. It’s just that the old Angela couldn’t help popping up every now and then. She tried to play it smart. She lied about who she voted to evict.
Only people aren’t dumb. They could do the math. It was an eight to three vote. Dee didn’t do her math. She convinced too many people to vote against Lyric. She did this without her first alliance knowing or Yash knowing. Yash is who everyone should sympathize with because this man can’t catch a break. He got nominated the first week. He kept getting left out of the loop.
Yash tried to vote with everyone this week as a means of protecting himself. Now, the same people he hoped to align with were doubting each other. Kamu said screw it with his whole alliance.
He said it’s a fresh start. He was going solo and kept saying “clean slate”. Chuk, who normally was close to Kamu, then got it in his head that Kamu flipped the vote. He knew people were lying to him.
The same as the others. He thought Kamu was acting too oddly. He wasn’t wrong. Kamu had a smile on the entire time. They didn’t know why he was smiling. It was freaking people out.
Haley was so sure that Angela would never go against her that she talked others out of believing it. They were all looking for the liar. They knew that it wasn’t always the crime that took people down.
It was most often the coverup. Dee should’ve talked to just Taylor and Lala. She convinced Barrett. She had him rope in Mallory. They kept spreading this news by word of mouth and no one thought to limit things or just tell the truth. Almost no one. Devins happily admitted that he ousted Lyric because he thought he played up the old man role.
Lala did the same. She and Devens happily pretended to be too old to know anything. They got turned around and Lala’s version was so much funnier than Devens’. Lala kicked off a trend tonight called “Lala Confused”. It became popular on social media. Haley had confronted her to ask who was spreading the word to oust Lyric and Lala just said she voted with the house. She had no clue what said or who said it. She just knew she couldn’t reveal anything to the enemy. Lala played it confused there.
Then she played it strong at the new HOH competition. They got to play on the Wall. It was a torture rack. They got hit with goop. They were barely holding on. The Crossovers didn’t want Kamu or Chuk winning. It looked like it was going to Kamu for a while before Kamu got a little too cocky up on that wall. It was down to him and Lala. He tried to convince Lala to give up because he said they were good. He had no issues with Lala. He kept running that mouth and suddenly he fell. Lala won! Lala became the oldest person to win on the Wall! She earned that HOH.
Lala came close to giving up. She didn’t because she had at least one person she could trust. She has Taylor. Taylor told her to be strong. She encouraged to keep holding on. Lala was fifty-eight. She had surgery on her arms and legs. She was the bionic woman after tonight. Those muscles hadn’t been for show in the slightest. In the meantime, Mallory won America’s vote. She got to spin for reward or punishment. She ended up on punishment. She won Adam and Eve punishment. She had to choose one other person. She chose Melody because the punishment itself wasn’t too bad.
They had to wear vines bathing suits. Drew really enjoyed seeing Melody in her new costume. Angela was just glad that wasn’t her punishment. Lala needed to nominate three people for eviction. She was going to name Kamu until Kamu told Taylor that Chuk couldn’t be trusted. He said that Chuk threw Lala’s name out there. He hadn’t been sure when he said it and it turned out it wasn’t a lie. Chuk made a joke about Lala’s cooking for everyone. He jokingly said that playing mom wouldn’t save her. They’d still send her home.
He could’ve been talking in general. They don’t know because that wasn’t how Kamu repeated it to them. Taylor brought him to Lala and so Lala respected him enough to not nominate him. She instead nominated Barrett, Haley, and Chuk.
Barrett was just a pawn because he was up against the two biggest threats in the house.
THE END!
