Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, August 28, reveal that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will be on a mission for answers.
Across town, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will deliver a surprising present to Belle Black (Martha Madison).
Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will also step up for Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) in his time of need, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on Days.
For starters, Xander will remain down in the dumps over losing Titan and the Kiriakis mansion.
Although Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) is working on a last-ditch effort to save everything, Xander won’t have high hopes about the plan paying off.
Days spoilers say Sarah will console Xander on Friday’s show and try to support him through this crisis.
It’ll bring some close moments and leave Xander feeling even more drawn to Sarah, but her relationship with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will remain in the way.
Over with Marlena, she’ll have a special memento to pass along to Belle.
This may tie in with Marlena’s previous Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo)-related mystery and help Belle connect some dots in the present.
Whatever the case, Belle will offer more reassurance about her Italy trip with Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) and her belief that following the clues is the only path to true peace.
Belle just wants to get the answers they need and finally put Stefano in the rearview mirror.
Other Days spoilers say EJ will put Chad through a grilling session.
Chad will face an interrogation about the chessboard drama and this hunt that Stefano left behind in his will.
Although EJ will try to get to the bottom of things, he may not be able to make sense of the situation either just yet.
That said, EJ might know a bit more than Chad, so we’ll see if he spills something or keeps what he knows to himself.
Next, Arianna “Ari” Horton (Vico Escorcia) will reel now that she’s overheard EJ and Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) disturbing conversation about Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis).
Ari isn’t aware of all the details, but she realizes Johnny and EJ have been keeping big secrets.
At some point on Friday’s DOOL episode, Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) will have a request for Ari.
That could tie in with Ari’s internship or perhaps Kate’s plan to fully fix her relationship with Roman Brady (Josh Taylor).
As for Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), he’ll reconnect with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and perhaps offer the latest news on his progress with Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien).
Although Jack and Gwen still have a long way to go before they have a good father-daughter relationship, things are moving in the right direction.
