Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, May 1, reveal that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) will take a blow to the head while Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) get some disturbing news.
Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) payback is also coming up, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on Days.
DOOL fans know Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) just left the hospital and showed up to find Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) in distress at home.
Johnny was tied up and facing the “death trap” Sophia set for him involving acetone fumes, a candle and the burners in the kitchen.
Sophia was planning on making the whole place go kaboom, so Johnny pushed Chanel to blow out the candle right away.
Unfortunately, flames erupted before Chanel had a chance, so the situation is becoming increasingly dire.
Johnny may push Chanel to leave before the whole place explodes, so she may reluctantly race out.
However, Chanel might get the attention of a nearby Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) since he’s about to realize Johnny’s in crisis mode.
Days spoilers suggest Javi may be the one to rescue Johnny, but he’ll face some struggles of his own at some point.
It looks like Javi may collapse from the fumes and smoke inhalation at the hospital later.
Whatever the case, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will rush to Javi’s aid and will make time to support Chanel over Johnny’s ordeal as well.
Johnny should be hospitalized, but he’s going to survive – and that means Sophia didn’t keep her end of the fatal bargain.
That’s something Kristen may point out when she finds out Johnny is still alive.
Kristen may fume over Sophia botching things and argue that Sophia should’ve just used the gun like she told her to.
Of course, Kristen might admit none of that matters if she always planned on killing Sophia anyway.
Perhaps this whole alliance was just a way to get Sophia to do her dirty work before Kristen ended her life.
Days spoilers say Kristen’s going to get vengeance, so she may attack Sophia because of how she manipulated Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote).
Kristen may also hope to tie up a loose end since Sophia could blab about her involvement in the Johnny mess.
Sophia may meet with Kristen and expect to score the money she needs for a fresh start. Instead, Kristen may double-cross Sophia with shocking results.
Amy and Brady are going to find Sophia’s suicide note soon enough, so they’ll go on the hunt for Sophia and try to find her before it’s too late.
Sophia will end up sprawled out with a major head wound somewhere, so will Kristen be responsible?
Regardless, Brady and Amy may ultimately make another horrifying discovery once they find Sophia all bloody.
Will Sophia face a grim fate at Kristen’s hands?
In the meantime, Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will lean on Tate Black (Leo Howard) for support as they eventually hear about all the latest Sophia chaos.
