Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for the week of September 21-25 indicates that trust issues will bring strained relationships.
We’ll also see some objections to one mom’s risky plan. Plus, there’ll be some romantic pairings ready to give things another try, but the path ahead could come with challenges.
The week will start with Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) discovery since he’ll realize Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) is trying to get out of more medical testing.
Joy will no doubt make excuses, but she may be lying about her paralysis to keep Alex’s focus on her instead of Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein).
As for Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), Days spoilers say he’ll learn the Kiriakis mansion sold while he was off trying to win enough to save it.
On the bright side, Philip and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) will both be on board with a fresh start in their romance.
However, Gabi and Philip may have a rocky road in their future.
If more secrets are kept and trust gets broken again, Philip and Gabi may be doomed for a repeat breakup eventually.
As for Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Javi Hernandez (Jacob Martinez), their attempt at friendship may not go according to plan.
Javi and Leo still love each other deep down, so they may be headed for a risky romantic reunion of their own sooner than expected.
When Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) suddenly faces legal issues related to her job at the hospital, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will hold EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerreigel) responsible.
Days spoilers say EJ had better be ready since Xander and Brady will keep plotting against him.
With Sarah getting targeted like this, it’ll make Brady and Xander even more determined to take EJ down!
Other Days spoilers say EJ will struggle to trust Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), so she’ll call him out on it.
Cat will think they need to address EJ’s concerns instead of just dancing around them.

Sydney loves EJ, but she surely won’t want him walking all over Johnny and putting his family with Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) at risk.
Speaking of Chanel, DOOL spoilers say she’ll join Lani Grant (Sal Stowers) in objecting to Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) goal.
This may be about Paulina’s decision to turn to the governor for help getting Lani pardoned.
Lani would like to be a cop again, but she may insist it’s not worth Paulina risking her political career.
Chanel won’t like the sound of this either, but Paulina will go against both daughters’ wishes.
As for Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) and Mason Whitfield (Brandon Butler), they’ll have a tense conversation about Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) and how much blame Holly should really take for her fatal outcome.
After Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) seeks some help from Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) and Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso), he’ll let Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) see Dominic Marino’s alarming birth certificate.
