General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Ethan Lovett’s (last played by Christian Howard) plan to keep Phoebe (Luna and Lucia Creighton) safe may go horribly wrong.
Is a kidnapping crisis brewing now that Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) has started sniffing around?
As soon as Ethan saw Hudson in Port Charles, he knew he had to bolt.
It was obvious that Ethan was concerned about his past catching up with him and how that might affect Phoebe.
Ethan was devastated over Delilah Wilson’s (Lily Cardone) demise and became determined to protect Phoebe in the aftermath.
It was a way for Ethan to honor Delilah’s memory and make sure her daughter got a happy life.
It’s clear that Phoebe’s real father is bad news or else Ethan wouldn’t have a problem with him raising his own flesh and blood.
The fact that Ethan has gone to such great lengths to protect Phoebe says a lot about how much danger is involved.
Of course, the show hasn’t revealed yet whether Hudson is Phoebe’s bio dad or if he’s perhaps connected to the story another way.
We could imagine Hudson working for some new GH baddie who’s actually the biological father instead.
Regardless, Hudson could get a clue at some point about who Phoebe really is.
All it would take is for Hudson to overhear a conversation about poor Delilah dying before Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) took in her baby girl.
Delilah and Ethan were caught up in some drama together before they came to Port Charles, so Hudson must know them both and could easily figure this out.
Hudson might even put it together that Ethan faked the paternity test to ensure the adoption would move forward.
No matter how it all goes down, Phoebe might become an abduction victim at some point.
It’s possible Hudson could snatch Phoebe to use as leverage to draw Ethan out of hiding.
It’s also possible Hudson might deliver Phoebe to his boss if someone other than Hudson himself is the bio dad.
Hudson might kidnap Phoebe on his employer’s orders and spark some missing baby mayhem in the process.
