General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) may find herself facing a tough dilemma.
The show seems to be setting up a shocking story twist, so let’s consider all the clues.
For starters, Britt and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) are closer than they’ve ever been.
GH writers are really leaning into this whole surrogate mom angle since Rocco told Britt that he loved her and received the same declaration in return.
Britt has also decided that it’s time for her to make a fast Port Charles exit, but Rocco doesn’t want her to go.
Rocco obviously has a special bond with Britt and hates the idea of her disappearing forever.
Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) just got Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) to supply some fake passports for her own getaway plan with Rocco.
Lulu wants to be prepared in case they need to leave in a hurry.
However, Rocco can be seen looking at his fake passport alone in the show’s weekly preview video.
It could pave the way for Rocco to take that passport along with his go bag and track Britt down before she leaves town.
Britt arranged for a flight to Berlin over the phone, but Rocco may want her to add a flight and take him with her.
Although Britt may have some concerns about kidnapping a teenager, her concerns for Rocco’s safety may win out.
Britt may discover that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) is now in the loop on Rocco’s shooter status.
Cullum managed to figure it out, so there may be a situation where Britt has to think fast and run with Rocco to save his life.
If Britt fears that Cullum is about to corner Rocco with deadly intentions, there may be no time to waste.
Britt’s priority may become getting Rocco out of Port Charles as fast as possible and sorting out the rest later.
In other words, keeping Rocco alive may be the most important thing to Britt, even if it means becoming a kidnapper and going on the run with a teen who doesn’t belong to her.
As for Rocco, he may justify traveling with Britt instead of Lulu by insisting that Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) needs her mom.
Rocco may not want to be the one who separates Lulu and Charlotte again, so he may insist going with Britt is for the best.
Regardless, the timing of all this is certainly suspicious.
Britt’s ready to head to Berlin right as Rocco’s getting a fake passport and at the top of Cullum’s suspect list, so Rocco and Britt could easily flee together.
