General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) still has a lot of catching up to do in Port Charles.
Jason has already been reconnecting with some familiar faces, but he’ll eventually have a chance to reunite with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) as well.
On July 30, Anna and Jason will finally come together for some new scenes.
Jason will be sorry for everything Anna went through and will wish he’d been able to help her.
Anna will be just as sympathetic to Jason, especially now that she’s figured out Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) is responsible for shooting Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).
Jason took the fall for Rocco, so Anna may acknowledge that and admit she understands why.
It looks like Anna and Jason have some sweet moments ahead, but Jason may still end up feeling uneasy over this interaction.
Jason may sense that Anna is holding something back and worry about whatever secret she might be keeping.
Of course, GH fans know that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) hallucinations have become a problem for Anna.
“Peter” is always popping up to give Anna advice whether she wants it or not!
With that in mind, “Peter” may appear while Anna is trying to have this catch-up session with Jason.
This could be another instance of Anna wasting time as far as “Peter” is concerned.
“Peter” is driving Anna down a dangerous revenge road, so it’s a bad idea for her to listen to his guidance.
Anna is obviously still struggling with her mental health, so these “Peter” visions will continue steering her in a disturbing direction.
“Peter” wants Anna to view Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) as the evil spawn of Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) and go after her as a result.
Britt could land in serious jeopardy depending on how far the writers want to take this storyline.
For now, Anna may be distracted by “Peter” popups that Jason can’t see and leave him wondering what’s going on.
Although Jason’s priority is Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) at this point, he’ll surely still keep an eye on Anna if he’s worried about her!
General Hospital spoilers suggest Anna won’t be able to hide her secret indefinitely, so stay tuned to see if Jason might suspect troubling news.
