General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) could go from a hero who’s highly favored by Z (John Oliver), the head of the WSB, to someone whose future with the bureau is at risk.
Will Josslyn end up bearing some responsibility in Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) upcoming demise?
Brennan’s fatal exit has been teased as part of a major fall storyline, so it’s a good idea to start speculating about how things might go down.
There’s a chance that Josslyn’s arrogance and rebellious side could backfire with tragic consequences.
Josslyn always seems to think she knows best despite being a rookie compared to someone like Brennan.
Since Josslyn pushes too hard and often steps outside the boundaries she’s given, that could come back to bite her eventually.
GH fans already saw Josslyn get a heroic story with that dramatic climax on Spoon Island.
Josslyn was the one to take Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) down in the end, so she’s still riding that high and determined to keep pursuing her WSB future.
The show let Josslyn get her moment in the sun, but they can’t keep doing the same thing over and over.
At some point, Josslyn’s probably going to face some sort of downfall as an agent or at least a complex situation that leaves her feeling guilty.
Other characters like Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) have had their own highs and lows when it comes to their involvement with the WSB.
Josslyn shouldn’t be any different, so maybe we should prepare for her to mess up big time and pay the price.
We could certainly imagine Josslyn’s unruly side coming into play once it’s time for Brennan’s deadly departure.
Josslyn might insert herself in some drama and get over her head, so that could perhaps lead to Brennan saving her and losing his life in the process.
It would be fitting considering Brennan is the one who recruited Josslyn to the WSB in the first place.
That decision could ultimately lead to Brennan’s demise if Josslyn blunders some operation and it leads to horrible news.
This is the kind of thing that could really shake Josslyn up and make her reevaluate whether the WSB is right for her.
Josslyn may go from insisting she’s not leaving the bureau to dealing with guilt over Brennan’s death and wondering if this is still the best path.
Josslyn might even land in trouble with Z for not following orders and putting other lives in jeopardy, including Brennan’s if she’s the reason he loses his own.
