General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) may kick off the next phase of the Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton) story with an innocent comment.
It looks like Josslyn could alert Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) to the truth about Phoebe or at least point him in the right direction.
Hudson caught up with Josslyn by the Quartermaine boathouse in the August 17 episode, where he found out she’d recruited Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) as a consultant to help with her CEO selection.
Once Michael took the necessary information from Hudson and left, it gave Hudson another chance to speak with Josslyn alone.
Josslyn saw through Hudson’s latest attempt to manipulate her into staying in the CEO position and made it clear that her oath was to the WSB.
It looks like Hudson and Josslyn will still be clashing over the subject when they face an interruption on August 18.
That’s also when Josslyn is going to accidentally spill too much according to GH spoilers.
It makes sense that Josslyn may share more than she should with Hudson once Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) pop up with little Phoebe.
The three of them will want to enjoy some family time by the lake, so they’re about to appear by the boathouse where Josslyn and Hudson are arguing.
Josslyn may help with exchanging introductions, so she could easily say something about this being Chase, Brook Lynn and their newly adopted daughter.
An adoption hint could be enough to make Hudson consider the Phoebe’s age and realize she could be the baby Delilah gave birth to.
Josslyn herself might even say something about Brook Lynn and Chase taking Phoebe in after her mother died in childbirth.
If not, it would only take some gentle prying from Hudson to coax that info out of Chase and Brook Lynn.
In other words, Hudson could put the clues together and determine THIS is the same baby Ethan Lovett (Christian Howard) has been working to hide.
Hudson might realize Ethan posed as the father and arranged for a closed adoption depending on what else he can nudge out of Brook Lynn and Chase.
Whether Hudson is Phoebe’s bio dad or not, he’s definitely invested in tracking her down.
Ethan was working hard to protect Phoebe from the danger, but now Hudson may be on the verge of finding out the real story.
