General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) is looking forward to her book tour now that her novel is being released.
Things are also going well in Molly’s relationship with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), who has agreed to travel with her as they keep getting to know each other better.
However, the May 7 episode brought an interesting reminder for GH fans. Cody is deceiving Molly about something huge since he found Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) being held captive in Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) basement.
Alexis, Ava Jerome (Maura West), and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) were all in on that hostage plot, but Cody went along with Rick’s cover-up about drinking ayahuasca, escaping a cult, and roaming the woods.
Now that viewers are being reminded of crucial buried secrets, this could spell trouble.
Will Molly ultimately learn the whole ugly story and face some shocking revelations as a result?
Molly’s three-part horror could be brewing if she finds out what really happened to Ric.
If Molly learns Cody actually found Ric tied up in Alexis’ basement, she’s obviously going to wonder why he was being held there.
That shocker could lead to Molly finding out Kristina sabotaged Ric’s vehicle after confusing it for Ava’s, which means she caused the crash that could’ve killed Molly’s dad, along with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).
That led to all the blackmail drama before Alexis locked Ric up while treasury bonds matured to undo the financial mess.
In the end, Molly may discover the crash truth, the blackmail situation, and the basement hostage curveball.
So many people have lied to Molly for months, so she’s going to be livid if all these shockers land in her lap.
Of course, it turned out OK for all parties involved, especially Ric, since it led to an epiphany and caused him to change his life for the better.
Even so, Molly’s world will be upended if she finds out she’s been deceived by those closest to her for so long.
