General Hospital Wednesday, July 22 Update: Cassius Cleared, Michael’s Burning Question, Curtis’ Surprise

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, July 22, indicates that Cassius Faison’s (Ryan Paevey) name will be cleared when it comes to one particular crime.

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will also ask Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) something important while Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) pushes Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) for a favor.

First on Wednesday’s show, Michael will run into Jordan, who seems poised to shock him with a confession.

Jordan may bring up the fact that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) offered her a deal that involved doing his dirty work in exchange for restoring her beauty.

Sidwell insisted he could get Jordan into the expensive clinic where the doctors worked miracles for Michael in Germany, but she rejected the deal.

Michael will quiz Jordan about whether she’s second-guessing that decision, so she’ll have to answer a burning question about any regrets.

Is there a chance Michael might be able to use some connections of his own and get Jordan to the front of the line?

The clinic is very exclusive, so even Michael had to rely on Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) assistance when he first became a patient.

However, Michael might have some influence he can toss around now that he’s actually been treated there, so we’ll see what he has to say about all this.

At GH, Curtis will continue to dote on the baby and will ultimately ask if he can spend the night at Portia’s house – just for their little one’s first night out of the hospital.

Portia won’t seem thrilled with that request and may argue that Curtis is overstepping a bit.

Will Portia surrender to what Curtis wants or stand her ground when it comes to enforcing boundaries?

Regardless, Curtis has a surprise headed his way.

At the Quartermaine estate, it looks like Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) may decide Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is right about letting Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) live with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) – at least some of the time.

Lulu won’t be thrilled about the idea of striking any kind of bargain with Valentin, but she may realize that it’s necessary if she wants to fix things with Charlotte.

Over with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), someone will help teach her a hard lesson.

Whether Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) offers some harsh advice or someone like Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) dishes it out instead, Britt will hear what she needs to hear.

At the police station, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will speak with Brennan about the missing evidence in the Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) case and speculate that Cassius was the one who pulled the trigger that night.

Anna may think it makes sense that Cassius shot Cullum and made sure any proof disappeared while he was posing as Detective Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).

Of course, GH fans know it was actually Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) who fired at Cullum on the pier, so Brennan will insist Cassius isn’t to blame.

Jack will declare that with enough certainty to leave Anna suspicious, but he may try to steer her away from pursuing this.

Nevertheless, Rocco’s secret will indeed cause some police drama this summer, but he’ll wiggle out of this mess sooner or later.

In the meantime, Dante could land in a mess of his own over his decision to get rid of the evidence and cover up Rocco’s actions.

In Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) kitchen, she’ll speak with Valentin about a handoff plan involving the black box.

Carly will fear that Brennan will wipe Valentin off the map once he’s in possession of the box again, but Valentin will have a scheme to make sure he stays alive.

General Hospital spoilers say Brennan isn’t going to like the outcome once Valentin bargains with him, so don’t miss the jaw-dropping news to come.
