On tonight’s Grey’s Anatomy episode, Jo hired a contractor to babyproof the apartment. His name is Elroy. He instantly saw that her staircase was a deathtrap. He was taking measurements when Link walked in and found out that they hired a contractor.

He told Jo that he could do the babyproofing. She reminded him he’s been saying that since the older two were just babies. They now have two more babies added to the mix. They really needed to get the job done so she brought in the contractor. She also might’ve still been angry about him using his old house as a bachelor pad.

Either way, Link had to go into work that day. There was an old patient of his that came in. The patient was given a very high-tech arm prosthesis. The arm has been failing him recently and it caused him to crash onto a boulder after he went climbing. He needed to treat the injuries from the boulder.

He also needed to know what’s going on with the hand. He was a competitor. There was Championships coming up and he needed the endorsements now that he was expecting his first child with his wife.

Link and Amelia teamed up to assist with the case. But there was an M&M going on. It’s a bit like an investigation into what went wrong. It was about the Scott Hill case. He was a man in his seventies who currently has a gaping hole in his chest because of a mistake Mohanty made. Jules tried to cover for her.

She tried to protect her because she thought they reached an understanding. Mohanty didn’t care about that because she threw Jules under the bus the first chance she could. She claimed that Jules made the mistake when they both knew it was her that did so.

Mohanty claimed that Jules did the stitching. It was a lie. Jules asked to do it and Mohanty wouldn’t give it because she had been jealous about how much Jules was impressing the new head of Plastics. Jules was made out to be the liar. She was accused of being a poor student.

She had no choice to defend herself because not even Winston believed her when she said she didn’t do any of the stitching. He might’ve been still angry about the stunt she pulled a couple of weeks back. And so Jules was left to face disappointment in every corner.

Not even all of her friends were backing her up. Kwon was sleeping with Mohanty. He tried to turn the whole thing into a joke when it wasn’t. Lucas couldn’t help Jules right now because Katie had ran out of opportunities. She was officially dying now. She’s going into multiple organ failure.

She needed to stay in the hospital before she was moved to palliative care. Katie just wanted to go home. She thought she could still get better at home and it will be at least a week before the necessary equipment gets moved there.

Katie didn’t care. She just wanted to go home. Her mom wanted her to come home. Her mom was upset. She was especially upset with Bailey because Bailey was the same doctor that treated her own mother. Katie’s grandmother died of cancer. Katie had a clinical trial that was working to treat her cancer when the government funding was killed. Now, she’s dying from bureaucratic nonsense.

Lucas was allowed back onto her case so that he could talk Katie into staying at the hospital. He got threw to her that she wasn’t going to get better. It was all about her comfortability now.

Her mom was so upset. She lashed out at Bailey. Bailey needed a good cry afterwards. Lucas was there for her. The rest of the residents were in disarray. Ben got in trouble for making fun of a large spleen. It was a flashy procedure. Ben and the other resident were so excited.

Richard took them to task for it. He later explained that he would’ve been just as excited as them when he saw the case. Only things were different now. He was different. He nearly died of the same thing that once killed his own father. Its made him more aware of patient’s needs.

The young man nearly died from overlarge spleen.

Kwon spoke to Mohanty. He confirmed that she lied. He just wasn’t going to let her do that to his friend. He ended what they had. He told Mohanty to tell Wright the truth or he’d do it. Jules also defended herself with Winston. She said that it was Mohanty. She didn’t care that it wasn’t his department.

She just needed him to know the truth. He ended up telling her that he believes her and there was a moment they could’ve kissed, but chose not to. And her friends found out what to do about Katie.

Katie was going to be staying at Meredith’s house. The residents there were going to take shifts to take care of her. Lucas too. She would have around the clock care. Bailey agreed to it because she knew it was best for Katie.

Link and Amelia did their best to help their patient. Link later returned home to his wife. He told Jo that they could move into the rental. The apartment was great.

It just doesn’t fit their growing family. They needed more space. The kids needed a yard. They had that at the rental and maybe it doesn’t have to be a stopgap. The schools are great in that neighborhood.

THE END!
