General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that one GH alum has scored a brand-new role. Bryan Craig (ex-Morgan Corinthos) is celebrating some big news thanks to a cast announcement that was shared on Instagram.
In a new post from i68studios, it was revealed that Bryan Craig will be playing the part of Miller in The Weapon.
Production starts August 27 on a proof-of-concept film that marks “the first step toward bringing the full feature film to life.”
The Weapon is said to be a story “about brotherhood, sacrifice and what a man is willing to endure for the people he loves.”
It centers around a character named Isaiah Fury, who’s involved in covert operations and a “terrifying experiment” that changes him permanently.
The post also went a bit deeper into the character of Miller and why Craig was perfect for the role.
Miller is a talented recon and tech specialist who often uses his sense of humor to combat fear, but his loyalty wins out above all else.
“Bryan brings an incredible combination of intensity, charisma and vulnerability to Miller, the youngest member of Fury’s original team,” i68studios teased.
Craig has been training and putting in a lot of preparation for this project, which he’s already done some camera tests for.
Pillar Productions is also involved in helping to make this proof-of-concept film happen, so everything’s coming together ahead of their film shoot in Texas.
In the comments section, Bryan Craig’s former GH co-stars sent him some love following this huge cast announcement.
Maura West (Ava Jerome) posted a fire emoji along with a heart to show her support, so Craig replied with a “Miss youuuu.”
Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) also showed off his supportive side with a sweet comment for his former TV son.
After Benard offered up a “go get them, brother,” he added a boxing glove emoji.
It’s clear that Benard is still following Craig’s career and remains quite proud of him.
Craig was last seen on GH back in 2024 when Sonny had a vision of Morgan Corinthos, but many fans hope that he might make a full-time comeback someday.
