On tonight’s NCIS episode, Former Director Wayne Rogers was facing trial on tonight’s episode. He was accused of a slew of crimes. One of them being the murder of Director Leon Vance. He gave the go ahead and now a decorated member of NCIS was dead. Special Agent Torres felt that a lifetime in prison wasn’t enough.

He wanted more. McGee wanted more. It was just Knight who preferred Parker’s way of doing things over Gibbs’s way. Gibbs would’ve taken Rodgers out with a sniper’s bullet. Parker chose to build an airtight case against Rodgers and he soon came to regret it when it came time for court.

Day 1 of court didn’t go as planned. Parker did everything he could to prepare the prosecution. He even went on record with some of NCIS’s problematic behavior because he didn’t want it to be used against them by Rodgers. He just didn’t count on Rodgers cheating the system. He built an arms trafficking empire right under everyone’s nose.

He was smart and Parker may have thought he was prepared for it, but he didn’t count on Rodgers making a deal with the DOJ. The Department of Justice was willing to grant him full immunity if he revealed everything he knew.

Rodgers was an encyclopedia about illegal enterprises. He was involved in a little of everything. Parker found out he was making a deal and the court was going quiet because of a gag order. It was supposed to protect Rodgers from his enemies. It instead forced Parker to operate outside of the law.

He punched the AUSA. He had to do it because it was a message to his team. The newspapers couldn’t help writing about a federal agent punching an Assistant US Attorney. It eventually meant that the gag order was thrown out the window because everyone wondered why.

By then, everyone knew that Rodgers was making a deal. His former friends knew about it too. They tried to kill him at the courthouse. Parker saved his life. His sister Harry paid his bail and he was released in time to save his worst enemy. It was unfair. The officer that died protecting Rodgers was married with two kids.

Parker had to break it to the man’s family. He also learned that the two gunmen that tried to take Rodgers out had forged US Marshalls certification. The only department that Parker knew wasn’t compromised was NCIS. They took over Rodger’s protection.

arker stashed Rodgers in his own apartment. There was an NCIS Agent on the door at all times. He kept Rodgers safe and the people that wanted him dead suddenly changed gears. They abducted the AUSA as well as his wife. They were demanding that Rodgers be handed over to them or else they killed those two hostages.

The team tried to stop it before it happened. They found out that the Venezuelan man they captured was a part of Los Verdugos cartel. Before they were a cartel, they were once considered freedom fighters.

So much so that the Americans secretly had an operation to assist them. Things were a little chaotic before and after the Venezuelan president fell. These freedom fighters were armed with American weapons. They were told to assist the people. Help bring about democracy.

They took the weapons and then used that to terrorize everyone until they claimed territory. Harry was in charge of that mission in helping them. She provided the weapons. The government was now going to claim she assisted terrorists.

Harry was in town to sit before a congressional hearing. She was in more trouble than Rodgers. Rodgers knocked out the agent at the door. He was escaping with the help of Los Verdugos. He escaped to a ship. He offered them American missiles. His lawyer spilled everyone once he realized he was a patsy.

He told Parker to kill Rodgers or he’d never stop. Parker ignored that advice. He brought in Rodgers again by finding his ship with the help of Harry. Rodgers then admitted he made another deal with the DOJ. He has more intel to sell.

He was going to get WitSec if he wasn’t stopped. He practically bragged about still selling weapons no matter where he lands so his car got stopped on the road and he was taken out via a sniper.

Someone went the Gibbs way. It could be Gibbs only someone made sure that car stopped. Parker might have helped him. And Harry suspected he did.

THE END!
