The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) could use a new story and a chance at some gripping drama.
What’s next for Liam and how might it shake things up on the CBS soap?
Liam has proven he knows how to be a devoted husband. In fact, giving Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) pep talks is about all Liam does these days, so some fans are calling for changes.
The last time Liam had a big storyline, he thought he was dying from a brain tumor.
That turned out to be a scam since Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) needed to get her hands on some of the Spencer fortune.
In the aftermath of Liam’s ordeal, he embraced a fresh start with Hope and remarried her.
Now Liam is just in loyal hubby mode constantly, so he doesn’t have a real story of his own.
Perhaps B&B will change that and deliver something fresh in the not-too-distant future.
There would certainly be some easy paths to trouble with this huge Spencer and Forrester feud that’s underway.
Liam could show off more Spencer-like tendencies if he follows in Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) footsteps.
It might be fun to watch Liam get a little more sinister and play dirty right alongside Bill.
That could even lead to conflict with Hope and stir up some problems in their marriage.
Hope and Liam might work through their issues in the end, but they could use a challenge to conquer romantically.
Speaking of romantic challenges, some viewers are still rooting for Hope and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) sparks to fly.
Wyatt has never had a proper chance to sizzle with Annika Noelle’s version of Hope, so B&B might offer up that opportunity eventually.
That could lead to some cheating chaos that would affect Liam and give Scott Clifton some new material to work with.
Then again, if the show wants to keep Liam and Hope on solid ground, maybe they could have a family addition.
A pregnancy-related story for Hope would mean a new story for Liam too as the father.
Whatever the case, Liam is pretty much just Hope’s cheerleader at this point, so it’ll be interesting to see what’s next for him once he finally breaks out of that mold.
