The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that multiple storylines will take big steps forward this month.
September will bring some hot twists as well as some unexpected romantic moments and even some erupting danger!
Many Y&R viewers are excited to see the next chapter for their favorite characters.
Here are five September story developments to anticipate as the Genoa City action heats up.
1) Nick’s rehab release
First, we should talk about Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) upcoming release from his rehab facility.
It looks like Nick will get out before the month of September winds down, but he’ll face some questions from his family following his homecoming.
Of course, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and everyone else who cares about Nick will want to know if he’s truly ready for freedom.
Nick may promise his doctors have signed off, but his recovery could still be fragile.
2) Marie’s temptation leads to chaos
As for Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow), it looks like temptation will be a problem for her.
Marie may not be as successful as Nick when it comes to staying clean, so that could put her life on the line.
Nick’s drug dealer will come back into play sooner or later and could make some sales to Marie.
Y&R fans will see Nick attack this drug dealer down the road, so Marie’s spinout should affect him, too.
3) Nate’s future is sealed
Over with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), he’ll learn the fate of his surgical career.
Will Nate end up being able to fully use his hand again and get back to saving lives in the operating room?
That’s certainly Nate’s goal, so Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) will continue to cheer him on.
Stephanie and Nate seem to have a romance bubbling up between them, so September may also bring some flying sparks.
4) Cane & Lily’s shocking discovery
Next, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) seem poised to discover some stunning news.
Lily and Cane feel confident there’s more going on when it comes to John Abbott’s (Jerry Douglas) loan to Chancellor and the questions swirling around why Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) didn’t repay it.
Cane and Lily will keep digging during the month of September, so they may hit the jackpot.
It sounds like Lily and Cane may find out something that will totally change the game.
5) Kyle & Victoria’s new rulebook
As for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), they’ll decide to embrace their sizzling fling at some point.
Instead of trying to resist their scandalous pull, Victoria and Kyle will just set some rules for themselves and hope to avoid getting caught!
