The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) may face a major setback when it comes to their reunion.
Victoria’s had so many chances to come clean to Nate about what’s going on with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and the twins, but she’s stayed silent every time.
That decision is bound to come back to haunt Victoria soon enough.
Victoria has been growing closer to Nate, who’s been a great source of support and guidance lately.
Nate and Victoria’s friendship has been inching toward something more again for a while now, so it’s not surprising that they shared a kiss in the February 24 episode.
Unfortunately, Y&R could be setting both Victoria and Nate up for a huge fall.
The timing of that kiss can’t be a coincidence since Nate’s on the verge of learning Victor “kidnapped” Lily, Charlie Ashby (last played by Noah Alexander Gerry) and Mattie Ashby (last played by Lexie Stevenson).
It looks like Nate will hear that shocking news from someone besides Victoria later this week, so how will he react?
At first, Nate might assume Victoria is in the dark, especially since she told him Victor confides things in Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) that he’d never tell his other family members.
Nate could eventually fill Victoria in and become horrified when he realizes she already knows.
Of course, Victoria might scramble to explain that Lily, Mattie and Charlie weren’t “kidnapped” in a traditional sense of the word.
Lily is on board with the plan according to Victor, but it’s the “according to Victor” part that Nate may have a big problem with.
Nate may not be convinced that Lily would willingly go off the grid for this long, particularly since this is disrupting the twins’ lives.
Regardless, Nate won’t appreciate the way Victoria left him out of the loop and let him worry along with Devon Winters (Bryton James).
After what just happened with Dominic Winters (Ethan Ray Clark), Nate may think it’s downright appalling that Victor would stoop to this level and let Devon fret over more family members.
Nate may be disgusted with Victoria for keeping this secret, so he may ultimately argue that she’s worse than Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).
Although Audra lied to Nate too, at least it wasn’t about the “abduction” of three relatives!
The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest Nate may dump Victoria before they even become official again, so stay tuned.
