The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of September 21-25 reveal that one sister will defend her romance.
It could lead to a romantic duo taking a giant leap. Plus, there’ll be some plotting going on in hopes of repairing a mother-son bond.
First, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will dig her heels in when it comes to her relationship with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn), whose attempt at a peace offering may get rejected by Devon Winters (Bryton James).
That could give Lily an “I’ll show you” mentality and motivate her to grant Cane’s wish of living together.
It would send a bold statement to Devon about Lily and Cane being in this for the long haul, so that might be how she’ll strike back.
As for Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian), he’ll see an opportunity to push Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) closer again.
Although Christine Blair Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) will have some issues with her husband’s plan, Danny will jump at the chance to help Daniel and Phyllis reconnect.
It’ll leave Danny hoping this will mean good news for Phyllis, Daniel and Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant), too.
It looks like Phyllis will end up steering Daniel in a positive direction when it comes to his career soon enough.
Things will start turning around in Daniel and Phyllis’ relationship, but can the peace last with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) still in the picture?
Across town, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will struggle with the challenges that come with the transition from rehab back to his regular life.
There’ll be temptation lurking for Nick, who’s going to have a risky run-in with his old dealer eventually.
As for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), they’ll also have to conquer more hurdles ahead of their nuptials.
Since Billy and Sally are tying the knot next month, they won’t have long to pull the rest of their wedding arrangements together.
Assuming that Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) is headed off to boarding school like the dialogue previously hinted, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) may face a tough adjustment period without him around.
Over with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), Y&R spoilers say she’ll throw herself into work as the CEO of Vibrante.
Despite Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) promise to stay hands-off, you can bet he’ll find ways to manipulate the next round of the Newman-Abbott feud.
Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will also remain uneasy about Jack’s friendship with Nikki and his willingness to downplay Victor as a threat in this particular case.
