The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Wednesday, September 16, reveals that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will deceive Claire Newman (Hayley Ering) following an evening with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will also try to cook for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), but it’ll end in disaster.
At home, Billy will surprise Sally by revealing that he’s trying to make her a peanut butter and sauerkraut pizza to go with her cravings.
Billy will need some help with the dough, so he’ll bring it out of the kitchen and into the living room.
Once Sally realizes the dough can’t be saved, she’ll insist on helping Billy start from scratch.
After the pizza goes in the oven, Sally will head to the bedroom with Billy while they wait.
Unfortunately, Sally and Billy will forget to set a timer, so their dinner will get burned to a crisp.
Sally will finally surrender and order pizza from a restaurant since Billy almost burned their house down, so they’ll have some fun despite the kitchen catastrophe.
At Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) place, Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) will join him for a Mexican dinner, board games and even some dancing.
Once Nate and Stephanie end up in each other’s arms, they’ll kiss before heading to Nate’s bedroom.
After the deed is done, Stephanie will admit she doesn’t think inquisitive Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) is pleased with their connection.
Stephanie will add that she told Holden she was friends with Nate, but they’ll obviously be more than that now.
However, Stephanie will assure Nate that Holden is a grown man who wants his mother to be happy, so she’ll think he’ll accept their romantic news.
Kyle will head to Crimson Lights, where Esther Valentine (Kate Linder) will assume Claire put that smile on his face.
Kyle will insist he isn’t back together with Claire, so Esther will suggest the right woman is out there for him somewhere.
Once Victoria makes her way back to the tack house, she’ll find Claire there eating pizza.
Victoria will join Claire for some slices and let her daughter assume she was working late.
Claire will quiz Victoria about what’s new in her life and push for the latest gossip, but Victoria will argue that she’d rather hear about Claire’s life instead.
Toward the end of Wednesday’s Y&R episode, Victoria will smile over a text from Kyle, but she’ll lie to Claire about it being a funny GIF from her assistant.
