Of course we are stunned to hear these claims that Katy Perry has filed for divorce from her husband of 13-months Russell Brand – since each week we read about how delighted the couple are together!
All is still unclear as there is no official or fully substantiated statement regarding the split but the news seems to have originated from a US website who published a report about the divorce but then took it offline.
The 27-year-old singer’s relationship with comedian Russell, 36, has been dogged by split rumours for a while and US sources were saying Katy’s putting an end to the marriage.
