Lindsay Lohan’s little party on her rooftop on June 13th just might be getting her into some trouble. According to RadarOnline, Lindsay violated the terms of her probation by drinking on June 12th or the 13th. Coincidence? We hardly think so.
Lindsay will be heading back to court tomorrow, quite possibly for a jail sentence. Considering the house arrest isn’t panning out the way the courts wanted it to, it might be time for some more drastic measures.
Apparently, during her house arrest, she’s being tested for any drugs or alcohol. She has been ordered to appear in court in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner at the LAX Airport Courthouse tomorrow for a probation violation hearing.
A source close to the case said, “Lindsay tested positive for alcohol. The judge in her DUI case, Judge Elden Fox said she couldn’t consume any alcohol while on probation. The probation department has prepared a report, and Lindsay will be in court tomorrow.”

Further complicating Lindsay’s woes, the electronic monitoring company doing her house arrest, doesn’t want to continue to do so. “They don’t want to continue to monitor since they have been notified that Lindsay violated terms of her probation. The drinking occurred while Lindsay was under house arrest,” the source tells us.
We’re thinking that she’s probably going to get the book thrown at her in court tomorrow. What do you think?
