From the looks of things, Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder are trying to very publicly convince the world that all is well in their marriage. But if things are so good, why do you have to try so hard to prove it? Doesn’t a good marriage speak for itself?
Ian Somerhalder got a very public message from Nikki Reed on her Instagram page for his 37th birthday, which said, “You are my every dream brought to life. With our hands pressed together I know that we will always find our way home. You are a gift to this world, a teacher of light and a student of love. You radiate warmth in vibrant reds and deep orange hues. I often wonder what it would be like to see autumn arrive through your eyes. Here is to the next 65 years together, holding hands, strolling through the woods, still learning, still listening. Happy happy birthday…I love you.”
That’s sweet…too sweet, really. Don’t you guys think she’s trying a little too hard? Isn’t that more the inscription you’d include in the birthday card you give your husband, privately? But if you’re trying to cover up just how bad things are, you go public with a whole lotta mush to convince the world you’re happy and in love, not on the verge of divorce.
Ian Somerhalder spoke with People about his life of ‘bliss’ with Nikki Reed, “Every single day. Look who I get to wake up with. We’re under kitties and dogs, and it’s just pure bliss.” Yeah, yeah. But will they make it to their first wedding anniversary in April? Or will the cat be out of the bag on the true status of their relationship?
Okay, so now lets look at what’s going on in the world of Nina Dobrev, Ian’s love far before Nikki. Nina has been flaunting her amazing little bikini body all over social media while vacationing with her pals in Maui. You know she’s got to be showing off what exactly Ian is missing since he chose Nikki over her. There is nothing like a girl’s getaway in Maui to refresh your soul and give you the perfect opportunity to show your ex exactly what he’s missing while he’s stuck at home with his wife, buried under a bunch of animals, gagging on a hairball.
