Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sami’s (Alison Sweeney) return is going to shake things up this October. Once she finds out Will (Chandler Massey) may be alive, Sami will be determined to discover the truth. Naturally, Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) will be by her side throughout all of this. He’ll cling to the hope that his son could be out there somewhere.
This news couldn’t have come at a better time. Lucas has been a mess since Bonnie (Judi Evans) dumped him as Adrienne (Judi Evans). Being alone has forced Lucas to address the grief he shoved aside. His Will issues are suddenly hitting him hard. Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Paul’s (Christopher Sean) wedding plans obviously added to the drama.
Fortunately, things are about to turn around for Lucas. Days spoilers reveal that Lucas and Sami will work together to locate their son. John (Drake Hogestyn), Marlena (Deidre Hall), Paul and Sonny will pitch in, too. They’ll all do whatever it takes to get Will back to Salem where he belongs.
After Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) escapes from the sanitarium and crashes the double nuptials, he’ll provide a clue. He’ll make a comment that leads the search party to Memphis. DOOL spoilers say Justin (Wally Kurth) and Adrienne will eventually head down there as well. Notice we said Adrienne and not Bonnie. That means the jig should be up soon.
That also seems like good news for Lucas since Adrienne isn’t the one who broke his heart. However, major changes are brewing on Days of Our Lives. Some hot couple shakeups are on the way.
Justin will be devastated when he realizes Adrienne didn’t choose him after all. She’ll get a chance to see his sorrow and that could affect her deeply. Plus, they’ll have an opportunity to bond on this trip. Lucas and Sami are going to be busy doing their own thing anyway. Finding Will is all that’ll matter.
Nevertheless, the process of following the trail could bring Lucas and Sami closer. When Lucas had his drunken hallucination, Will suggested that his parents could get back together. Since that was coming from Lucas’ mind, perhaps that’s something he’s interested in.
Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Justin and Adrienne’s reunion is happening. That’s a done deal. Does Lucas also have a shot at reuniting with Sami? She might be around long enough to give “Lumi” fans a taste of what they’ve been missing.
This can’t work long-term unless Lucas heads off canvas, but it could be a fun storyline during Sami’s upcoming stint. Would you like to see Sami and Lucas as a couple again?
