Michael Lohan will not be in court supporting his daughter, Lindsay Lohan, on Wednesday as he will be sitting in jail for the next week.
Michael is currently being held in a private cell under “administrative confinement” in the infirmary section of Tampa’s Orient Road jail according to Larry McKinnon, spokesperson for the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
Lindsay’s 51-year-old crazy father was denied bail in a Florida courtroom Saturday morning after a frustrated judge refused to let Michael out of jail before his trial on domestic violence charges. This is because Michael was ordered not to have any contact with Kate pending his trial and yet violated that order by allegedly phoning Kate – and was subsequently arrested again after falling 34 feet from a balcony while trying to escape police.
Michael’s next court date is November 9 at 1:30 p.m., when he will answer to charges stemming form his altercation with sometimes girlfriend Kate Major.
Sadly, Papa Lohan will be cooling his heels under lock and key until then.
