Lauren Conrad from The Hills is all grown up. And to prove the point – and get some publicity for her new book – she’s stripped down to almost nothing for her latest magazine cover. She’s also looking very Jennifer Aniston. It’s ooh la la LC on the front of Glamour‘s May Swimsuit issue which hits newsstands tomorrow.
Lauren was always the good girl on the MTV Reality TV series but those days are long behind her. Now she’s showing more skin than ever before – but I don’t think anyone is complaining. The budding fashion designer says it’s all about accepting her body. How many times have we heard that? Although if you have a body like that why wouldn’t you want to flaunt it.
LC says cruel taunts from the paparazzi early on in her career gave her body hang-ups. So she ditched the bikini and was afraid to flash too much flesh. But now she’s comfortable in her own skin. She says she’s just like any other female who has body issues ‘I have not met a woman who would not be at all unsure of themselves. You just have to focus on the positive things.’
One reason Lauren is looking very happy with herself these days might have something to do with her rumored boyfriend actor Stephen Dorff. They were spotted getting cosy at her 26th birthday and a friend has told Life & Style ‘They’ve been hooking up for a while. Stephen likes to have a good time, and he wines and dines her… She’s cautious and knows he’s a player… She’s just having fun.’ So she’s baring all and has a bad boy on her arm – you go girl!
