Faith Hill gives faith to hills everywhere with her soaring voice and ethereal face, but Hill’s personal life is like a steep hill without trees. In 1993 Hill reconnected with her brother, Zachary White after finding out that she’d been put for adoption at birth. She found out from her mother Paula White that her father died in a car accident when she was ten years old.
“[Hill and Tim McGraw are] both amazing, down to earth people. Their love and support have been nothing short of extraordinary,” said Zachary, as he opened up in the latest issue of The National Enquirer about his past, his sister, and his future.
Zachary was arrested in November of 1990 for “trying to snatch a woman’s purse in Winter Park, Florida.” The Enquirer alleges that “he reportedly confessed to police that he tried ‘to take the purse to support his crack cocaine habit.’ He also admitted to grabbing another woman’s purse four days earlier in the same parking lot.”
A purse is the gateway drug for thieves and the saying stayed true to itself when Zachary was arrested for stealing a silver-coloured Mazda. He allegedly tried to extort the vehicle’s owner for $200.
Thank the good heavens Zachary didn’t try to steal the neon legwarmers, the David Bowie tape and the shoulder pads in the backseat. (It’s so 1986)
The Enquirer writes, “He eventually pleaded no contest to a third-degree grand theft felony and three misdemeanors, for which he was sentenced to two 18-month sentences of community control and ordered to complete a one-year residential program that included drug counseling.”
Three years later his life was changed when he found Hill.
(How funny would it be if he found her on a hill?)
He told the National Enquirer that Faith gave him faith.
“I made my share of mistakes in the past, but Faith showed me that I could be a better person. I turned my life around, and I owe much of that to Faith and Tim. If it weren’t for them, there’s no telling where I’d be now. Faith is a beautiful, amazing, person. And she’s forgiven me for the mistakes I made when I was younger.”
Zachary is so kind y’all!
There’s been reports of marital trouble between Hill and Tim McGraw, her husband of many years. But Zachary is there to save the day in his silver-coloured Mazda!
A source told The Enquirer, “He’s acted as a mediator between Faith and Tim during some of their worst blow-ups and helped them talk through their problems. In some ways, Zachary has saved Faith and Tim’s marriage — for now.”
