Kim Kardashian sparked pre-engagement rumors this week by posting a photo to her Instagram showing a KW initial band on her ring finger. Everyone jumped to be first to confirm that the still married, pregnant reality TV whore star was promise-ringed to boyfriend and baby daddy Kanye West. But we know better! Kanye hasn’t exactly expressed his thrill over being forever tied down to the reality TV family of trash, even though he’s had no problem sharing TMI in past relationships! (“I just f*cked Kim so hard,” tweet, anyone?) But Kanye is horrified that his future identifier will be Mr. Kardashian, and doesn’t want to get any more involved than he already is!
Based on his actions, we expect Kanye to take a leaf out of Lamar Odom’s book and all-but abandon his baby mama and kid. Besides, it’s not like this is the first KW jewelry Kim has adorned herself with. Over the summer, she showed off KW earings—don’t quote me, but didn’t she say that she bought them for herself during an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians? Kim is all about branding and speaking through fashion, so we wouldn’t be at all surprised if she shelled out for her own demi engagement ring too!
Even if Kanye wants to propose, he’ll be waiting a long time! Kim is still married to Kris Humphries, and the divorce isn’t going to be settled any time soon. Kris is set on exposing the truth about Kim (that she’s a total faker and will do anything to make a buck), which translates to weeks of legal depositions. Do you think Kanye will ever propose to Kim, or will she and momager Kris Jenner have to plan a media takeover and amazing prenup to get him to tie down? Will he be a devoted father and husband, or will her love of TV push him away? Don’t forget, Kim thought she was barren when he knocked her up—it’s not like he wanted to start a family with her!
