The latest cover of Star Magazine alleges that Khloe Kardashian has also gone on drugs, to deal the pain being caused by her relationship problems with hubby Lamar Odom. Isn’t that somewhat ironic? That Lamar’s drug problems are causing Khloe to turn to drugs?
I wouldn’t be surprised if this turned out to be true. Khloe has been dealing with all this remarkably well, and she’s managed to maintain a sense of privacy throughout the whole drama. It’s shocking how she managed to do that, considering she’s a Kardashian and Kardashians aren’t exactly known for their ability to not famewhore.
Regardless, Star alleges that Khloe has turned to drugs to ‘kill the pain‘, and she’s been more of a walking zombie lately than someone actively dealing with the possible end of her marriage. I don’t know, we’ve been hearing a lot of conflicting tabloid reports on how Khloe’s been handling her relationship with Lamar, and the major consensus seems to be that she’s been trying her best to save the marriage. She’s gone out of her way to arrange meetings with Lamar, and while it may not be helping, at least she’s trying, right? Maybe the stress is just too much, and the drugs help her cope with it – but let’s just hope that she doesn’t go down the same path as him. Many drug addictions start out as a coping mechanism and then turn into something serious.
Apart from Khloe, Star’s cover also features a story on Tori Spelling is going broke, how Hayden Panettiere might have been caught cheating with her married co-star, and how Jennifer Aniston is no longer ‘America’s Sweetheart’ because she threw a ‘diva fit‘ with her staff. Um, was she ever America’s Sweetheart? I thought that title belonged to Sandra Bullock? Oh well, it ain’t lasting for Jennifer either way.
