Kourtney Kardashian is a terror of a boss. Does this surprise anybody? According to a report from Life & Style, an assistant that was hired to work for Kourtney quit after just three weeks because she couldn’t deal with the pressure.
A source tells Life & Style, “Her longtime assistant quit a couple of months ago, and her replacement quit after just three weeks!” According to the source, the simple reason the replacement quit is because she ‘couldn’t hack it‘. The source adds, “The girls have even been emailing friends and family asking for recommendations for the job but are having difficulty finding someone.”
Well, of course nobody wants to work for the Kardashians. They’re famously difficult to work with, especially Kris Jenner and Kourtney. Khloe’s apparently the most laid-back out of the entire family, with Kourtney, Kris, and now Kim being the most high-strung. Plus, can you imagine the inane requests that these assistants receive? ‘Please go get me the latest leopard print pants that came out at Saks’, or ‘I need the special lemon juice from bla bla’.
Either way, Kourtney’s now on the hunt for another assistant, and she’s probably finding it difficult to find people because she’s so stringent on her requirements. On this one, I don’t blame her. There’ll be tons of tabloid spies desperate for these positions so they can find something incriminating and leak it to the media. Thus, the vetting process for assistants is probably really rigorous, and who wants to go through that?
