Big Brother fans, desperate for clues of who will be moving in to the Big Brother 16 house this summer, have been scouring the internet for Big Brother spoilers for weeks now. Well, today is the day. CBS has officially released pictures, bios, and BB spoilers of the sixteen houseguests that will be featured on Season 16 of Big Brother!
Rumors of a Big Brother all-star cast had been running rampant the last few weeks, but according to the spoilers CBS released today, that doesn’t look like it will be happening. There is still a chance that a handful of veterans could move in at some point like in previous seasons and pose as the newbie’s coaches. Big Brother fans also predicted a Survivor: Blood Vs. Water theme this summer, and that also looks like it isn’t going to happen. However, there is still a chance the houseguests are related, if that is the case the media will be able to dig up that information over the course of the next few days.
Although it doesn’t look like any of the houseguests are related; there is a celebrity’s sibling in the mix. 31-year-old Frankie Grande is actually the older brother of singer and Nickelodeon star Arianna Grande. What a small world! We’re pretty sure it is not a fluke, and the producers knew what they were doing when they cast Grande. Frankie told People Magazine that he plans to drop “Grande” and use his Dad’s last name on the show because he doesn’t want other Big Brother players to recognize him.
The sixteen new Big Brother players appear to be a very young group, which means most likely a very entertaining one. The oldest member of the Big Brother 16 cast is 42-year-old Donny Thompson, a ground keeper from North Carolina. The youngest members of the new BB16 cast are 21-year-olds Hayden Voss and Nicole Franzel. The ration of girls to guys is eight and eight, so there is plenty of potential for showmances this summer. The oldest woman moving in to the Big Brother house is 33-year-old Jocasta Odom, a minister from Georgia.
