Kelani joins the competition in place of Kelly’s daughters. Abby announces that Brooke and Page have left the competition to the moms and their daughters. Abby talks about how the girls did last week with their dances, out of them all Maddie did the best last week and Abby officially announces Kelani being a part of the team now. Abby is going to take them to West Virginia and to have them doing a group dance all together, Nia is given a solo this week because of Holly helping out Abby. Chloe and Maddie will be doing a duet this week and Kelani will also be doing a duet with Kendall. Jill talks about how it’s going to be difficult for her daughter to do this duet, because they don’t know if they work together well. The girls begin with their group rehearsal, it’s going to be based off of a musical theater piece. Now Abby has lost two members of her original team, now she’s got a new member and they need to learn how to dance together perfectly. The mothers feel that Abby got what she wanted, that she didn’t want Kelly and her daughters to begin with. Christi and Melissa begin to have a fight, they don’t see eye to eye with what happened with Kelly.

Melissa invited all the moms over for dinner, so that they can get to know Kira and Kelani. Christie decided to “gracefully decline” from going over to Melissa’s place to all get to know each other better. Mackenzie is now in the studio, she’s warming up for singing. Abby wants Mackenzie to make her debut, Mackenzie gives a little taste of what she’s got. Abby isn’t impressed and wants more fire from Mackenzie, for her to take it more serious. Kelani and Kendall are practicing the choreography for their duet, Abby is getting annoyed with Kendall. Chloe and Maddie will be doing a lyrical choreography and they’re practicing it together. Christie still has a grudge over what happened before and isn’t letting it go, which she should and move on. It then goes to the girls practicing their group performance together, now with Kelani, Abby feels that the rest of the girls need to prove themselves. Christie is still being immature and trying to separate herself from the other mothers, the mothers begin to fight once again.

Kira talks to Kelani asking if she’s ready, saying that now that she’s here she needs to be perfect. Kelani feels that she’s going to have a problem with her duet with Kendall, Kira says that she needs to dance to the best of her ability and not let Kendall drag her down. The girls are once again doing their group rehearsal, Christie feels that this team is different and that it’s never going to be the same ever again. Kelly has a lot going on with her now, the other mothers hope that Kelly’s children is doing now after the incident. Nia is now practicing the choreography for her single, Abby is giving her pointers as she goes does the choreography. Abby wants Nia to prove to her that she is worthy of a solo and is able to carry the team proving herself. Abby gets angry, because Nia messed up doing a move she just changed. Abby ends up walking out, they only worked on the choreography for about fifteen minutes. Holly tells Nia not to give up and that she has to not take comments to heart letting it hurt her feelings. That she needs to become a great dancer.

The girls arrive at the Fierce Dance Competition in West Wood, Virginia. Christie brings up if there are any secret dances that she doesn’t know about like last week, Abby seems to shrug it off not caring. Kira wants Kelani to prove herself on the team, to show how great she is and is worthy of staying on the team. Nia is the only soloist now, now everyone is getting ready to go out and perform. Holly tells her daughter Nia that she’s her greatest enemy and that she needs to stay focused and become a great dancer. Kelani and Kendall come out to do their duet. Abby seems pleased while watching their performance, they looks like they did a great job. Next up is Maddie and Chloe’s duet, they seem to have done a good job. Now Nia is up next to give her solo performance, she’s got to represent the studio the best she can. Nia’s head piece ended up getting in the way of the performance.

Now after that solo, Holly feels that Nia is going to be feeling bad going into the group dance. Abby walks in to complain to Christie for helping out Nia with her head piece. Abby doesn’t want to continue putting pressure on Nia with the solos, Holly mentions how she didn’t give enough time with Nia. Holly feels that she failed Nia, with that head piece incident. Abby talks to Mackenzie about what it’s going to be like in the future as an upcoming pop star, Abby wants her to become something great in the future on a scale of Britney Spears and Katy Perry. Abby says to Mackenzie that she has potential to become a Pop Star, but that she needs to work hard to sound good in a live performance. The girls are having a last minute practice before the group performance. The girls go out to perform their group performance.

During the performance Abby is seen smiling, she seems to like what her girls are doing. Abby thought that the girls dance well as a group, especially it being their first time. The awards are up now, this is their first time at the competition and they do things differently compared to other competitions. Abby’s girl’s group performance won the award for being the best. Abby is happy with Kelani coming on to the team, she’s also happy that Kira is nice and keeps calm. Abby tells all the moms that Kelly ended up getting arrested, she wanted to tell them the truth. Abby then says that if they miss Kelly they might as well leave the competition.
